Hi Guys, I need to clear out my shed as i horde was too many parts, I'll start with a few. R32 RB26 crank seems good condition - $450 R32 RB26 Bock (main caps girdle etc) std bore slight scores from cracked ring lands - $300 R32 pistons and rods, good cond but always measure small and big ends before use - $150 R32 GTR standard cam shafts - good cond - $180 the pair R33 RB25 det bottom end, cracked ring land on number 6, good for rebuild otherwise in vgc - $200 R33 RB25 det head, good condition, no inlet or exhaust manifolds or cams good condition - $180 Located in Adelaide, can ship at your expense, I have access to a freight broker.

Cheers guys, Its actually not running a 6 speed any more, its running a conversion R33 gtst box with adapter bellhousing. But it sounds exactly as nismo/other people on the net have described. Thanks for the help.

Put a lightweight flywheel and clutch in a S15 the other day, along with a new box. Had a weird bearing noise so swapped it for another box. Same thing again, thought chances of 2 stuffed boxes would be fairly slim so started driving it around to see where the noise way, only from 2300 to 3200 ish rpm, accel and decel, worse when more throttle applied. Thought was a resonance thing, so started reading on the net. Found a warning on Nismo clutches stating at approx 2000 rpm a bearing rumble noise will be heard because of the reduction of weight of the flywheel can not dampen the oscillations of the motors power strokes. Made sense, wondering if many other people have experienced this?

Can you check the size of the R32 exhaust, i need 3.5" minimum

Just to clarify they come with the calipers or they just the discs? front brakes are mine if u have them, pick up. Where are u located?

lol, i meant kw. In the mid range i picked up huge amounts.

if they are anything like in my rb26, i seen massive gains (80 kg in some parts) by adjusting cam gears.

dale you can fit 32 mm gtr discs under r33 calipers, I have done it on my bluebird. Inspectors wont know the diff, mind you gtr calipers arnt that expensive anyway. Also i loled at fitting r33 power steering.

yea i might have a look, im running no boots atm, my height is stock ride height (got defected) and the boots would still stick to the shocks...

how many mufflers in the GTR exhaust? pics?

ring up nissan, they are more then that new, and also the retainer cost a shit load too (part behind the rubber seal, well its actually not a seal, just for looks)

due to the amount of interest, and the off topic posting in for sale threads i have decided to start this thread for discussion on fitting h-beam rods into rb30 engines i am currently doing it with scat rods http://www.scatcrankshafts.com/FS_800.htm they are small journal 6" chev h-beam rods.i got a set of 8 for $700 retail price.they need to have about 2mm machined off both the little end and big end thickness.they also need to have a nissan little end bush installed.chev bearings must be used as the dowels on the bearings are on the opposite side to nissan bearings. i will be keeping tabs on all costs and and details on all machine work so others will not have to worry about what is involved. anybody who has already done this please post what you have done to fit yours copy from CT

This is old school, I remember reading it ages ago but I know it needs work, rebush small end or machine width of big end down, I cant remember.

is this the old school one, because i have on on a sr20. i had the 14 spring i think. WIth running a air reg valve into the top I can get between 14 and 30 psi? Maby thats all you need?

join the club, I just happened to be on another forum and found someone who was friends with him, all of a sudden my emails were replied to instantly when it was 2 weeks late.

I put the gate off the turbine housing, went from 23 psi minimum to 14 psi minimum.

I know some carriers that go from all the auction houses for crashed cars. Gonna cost more then 400, but they dont care if it doesnt drive.

what is the difference between the 32 and 33 gtr balancers?
