hi, i tried searching but didnt get exaclty what i wanted. Anways, i need to take my r33 to a suspension workshop to have it looked at. My suspension is so damn stiff and squeeky and is such a bad ride. Ive got ohlins shocks at the back and i think standards at the front. I think all springs are standard, though im not too sure. Does anybody kno any good places in sydney, preferrably western sydney where i can get the suspension looked at. I want them to look at all my bushes; castor, camber, toe, springs, shocks for leaks. you get the point. ive heard mixed opinions with pedders but has anyone got good experience with any in sydney without me getting ripped off. such as blaktown or penrith I just want an inspection first, then i can go from there. Maybe there $14 check may be the way to go, but im just worried they might list items that are not necessary. Sydney kid has recommned heasmans , excellor, st.george, east coast and adrian moore suspesnions. Has anybody had expereinces with them? Any help would be appreciated! Cheers Anton

hi ive got this annoying ticking noise that seems to be coming from my rear drivers side tyre. It gets louder as the tyre spins faster. could it be a bearing? or maybe something else. ive looked for any sorta rocks on the tyre but theres nothing there. any suggestions would be helpful? cheers

hi, my power window regulator and switch have been stuffed for so long but today i finally got around to fixing it. anyway i changed them both and it works fine except one problem. When i press the switch for the drivers side down, the window goes up and when i flick it up, the window goes down. Basically its going in reverse. Ive alligned the regulator exactly how it was when i pulled it out. i checked the wires on the switch went in and out as they did on the old switch. im clueless now. its not a big problem, just annoying that i cant work it out. If anybody has ideas or has experienced this before, your help would be very much appreciated. Cheers Anton

hi, whereever you are best place to find a window motor or regulator is from a wrecker or someone wrecking there car off these forums. its a lot cheaper than ordering a new part from japan. if your in sydney, a good place to try is sss automotives in girraween. As to the vct, i cant help you much, havent had problems with that, best talk to a mechanic. Also uve got good power but 14.8 psi seems a bit high for a stock turbo to handle. it may last, or it might not, you take the risk. if it was me, id bring it down a tad to be on the safe side.

i had the same problem, as soon as i knocked it back down a gear knock would reduce...never got around to getting it checked out but i presume ur tune maybe needs a bit of work?

i dont have a kkr but i just thought id give you some advice. im not saying that its a crap turbo because ive never experienced it myself but there are better options for the price. with this turbo, on an rb20, ull experience more than ideal lag. also this turbo is not completely bolt on. id say if u want a quick street car, get a r33 turbo highflowed, or if ur on a budget, just get an r33 turbo and you should be seeing 180+rwks. But the best bang for buck at the present time appears to be the slide highflow. if u want response and good midrange, instead of excessive midrange forget the kkr turbo just advice, what you do is up to you...

this is just a word of warning to everyone. the power window swtich for an r33 gtst series 1 has a different plug size to a series 2 and series 1.5 i just found out today after driving an hour to pick it up. lucky i didnt buy it before i checked.

hi ive got a shaggered drivers side power window motor +reg. the switch is also screwed. anyway ive got an r33 gts-t series 1. can anyone tell me if i can replace these parts from the series 1.5. that is the 1995 model. cheers, Anton

hey mate, no thats fine, its just that i didnt buy it new myself, it was bought off someone else who had it for about a year i think, but theres no way i can prove that to you. All i can prove is that ive retuned it. sorry mate i dont have the box nor any instructions Anton
