You guys are killing me here R33 - pod - 3inch exhaust. I only got 380kms out of 50litres, and 200kms of that was 5th gear freeway kms. I'm looking at about 300kms per 50litres city driving. I drive it fairly easy, for the first 10 mins, then i start watching my boost gauge.lol. (gets up to 9psi on factory boost). I cant help it, that's what skylines are made for. Changed my O2 sensor last week. Has made no difference at all. The way I see it, you want performance, it's gonna chew up fuel. On the other hand, my mate's FPV F6 turbo goes through a tank every few days. Now that's crazy. Just realised the topic is RB20's. sorry bout that.

Yeah, 17's are big enough, 18's are bigger enough. lol. The main benefit of 17's ? .......is the price of tyres. I've got 18's (235front, 265rear), and I love them. But I've seen some wicked 17's on R33s.

lol, you told me off for hijacking, then answered my question anyways. excellent. i dont see why you'd have probs just coz the car has been sitting. except for maybe a low battery and 'stale' fuel. but nothing serious.

Is it advisable to use injector cleaner anyway? I was considering this lately. I've always avoided these additives in the past as a rule of thumb. they're usually not very good or useful. But i've heard ppl on this forum using them, better fuel economy, smoother idel, etc. opinions ??? also, sorry for hijacking, i have a habit of doing that. but it's ok, coz i dont care

Spotted a very nice silver R32 today at kingsgrove medical centre (i was picking up xrays, lol). SAU sticker on rear quarter window.

cool, will have to get the correct pin outs. nothing actually wrong with my afm, but good to know. my fuel consumption seems quite high, just changed my O2 sensor, but not too confident it will fix anything. would afm affect fuel economy? i dont really think it would. by my reasoning (which isnt that great) i would think a dirty afm would show less airflow and therefore adjust to leaner mix rather than richer. ????

I thought it had gone, but alas, I just got another warning from my a/v (Avast pro). Seems to identify it as WIN32 Trojano ... My a/v catches it and terminates connection before there's any consequence. This only happened for the first time on Friday I think. Has never happened before, so I cant imagine, as previously mentioned by someone, that it's Invision, unless SAU has just changed their system over. Also, had no old cache, i clean it almost daily, and IE is set to load new page everytime (no caching). Anyways, not a big deal on my end, but perhaps might be helpful to track down the issue.

Yeah, i go for a cold blast... 18c - 19c ...onto windscreen, takes a few seconds. No fog, No problems.

Does that work the same for R33 RB25DET standard AFM ?
