  1. R33's need a sealed battery. look here for info http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Se...&hl=battery
  2. dude, if you can have them made, why dont you do a group buy on copies? as long as they're quality plushy goodness.
  3. no one is debating that ^ you're a lunatic to be pushing that hard on public roads. if you killed someone, you'd be a mess.
  4. paleeeeeeeeeeez, as if run. it's the dumbest choice by far. props to him for stopping, and avoiding the "fatal accident involving nissan turbo (and fark knows what else)" headline.
  5. *kicks baron in the butt* purely for motivational purposes
  6. good question. i havent disconnected it yet. i wanted to know what it was first. i had no idea it would be anything out of the ordinary. i will try it tomorrow. i will also try to trace that wiring and see where it leads. its a '93, series 1. could it have anything to do with the ecu? its a unichip with boost controller module attached. but as far as i know, that only consists of two pieces which are both behind the kickpanel.
  7. i'm using the apexi, and its fine. but if i had to buy another one, i'd probably go with the 3A, as they've had very decent reviews, and are much cheaper. $30 vs $90
  8. it had a shitty alarm when i bought it. may have been a rhino. but i got a decent one installed. as far as a dealer fitted alarm, not as far as i know. what kind of pics do you need? thats pretty much every angle of it. the writing on the top says PSC-22 3X0
  9. i dont think its that. there's only one set of wires going in, and nothing out. why would the harness lead to the engine bay, and do nothing once it gets there? strange. could this have anything to do with the blinkers? heres a shot of the under side.
  10. lol thanks. i already said that to you on msn. d1ckwad.
  11. no its not rubber. its hard plastic. here are some clearer pics. the green line follows the wiring as it comes in through the guard and goes via the plug, directly into the top of the 'puck'. there are no other wires coming in our out of the 'puck'. the dotted line shows where it turns inside the guard, and heads rear-wards. i can follow it under the guard for about 200mm, before its hidden behind the inner guard. the plug looks like the standard nissan plug, ie same type as the boost solenoid, so i thought it was something standard.
  12. yeah i will tomorrow. i just figured its standard on r33's, and easily identified. so i used an old pic i had
  13. no, not the wire that goes to the bonnet pin. i'm asking about the black puck shaped thing with the plug and coloured wiring. its mounted to that steel bracket, just behind the pod.
  14. why no video of the 11.1 run ?
  15. duncan, i hold sau in very high regards. there's no way i, or (i assume) anyone else is blaming mods, or sau management for slide's or any other trader's fark ups. but basically, it tarnishes the sau reputation, and i cant understand why the association continues.
  16. from NS: why does sau continue to associate with sub standard sponsors/traders? it seems that every second week theres a new 'slide screwed me' thread.
  17. looks like they do zeds too http://www.starroad.co.jp/home/2006/05/s30_1.html
  18. cold idle - 4-6 warm idle - 2 load at 3krpm - 4ish rb25 with 5w-40

  23. illegal street racing aside...the most concerning thing is TAM the OP might be male?
  24. BUMP !!! if you have a look around the internet you find (less reputable) sources claiming max boost for rb25 stock turbo as high as 17psi. lol. yeah i know. and then some as low as 10psi MAX. so who's had real experience pushing their stock turbo beyond 12psi, and what were your findings?
