    Ronin is right. so is 2BNVS. lol. mandrel bend is the way to go. all these twists and turns add the equivalent of metres to your exhaust. mine is practically straight thru with minimal bends.

    another vote for nankang's dry grip. ive got 18/265's and they grip like muthafuukers. but be very very careful in the wet. as far as CHIRP goes. chirp chirp. get on a dyno and check out ur power curve. u might have a sluggy/rich midrange.

    all you need is a 3mm slip-on spacer. just jap sell them for about $40 i think. easy fix.

    coz they're 235's. if they were 255's or 265's then you'd have 35 profile.

    if you use low profile tyres, then u need higher psi. less sidewall requires higher pressure. so standard 16's are prob ok with 32-34psi. but 18/35's or 19/30's need about 38-40psi.

    yeah its FWD it's not a 6volt system, it's 144volt dc there are 24 batteries that make up 144volt

    Just trying to find out if the Stagea 2 standard smic is exactly the same as the R34 standard smic. And is the shroud the same aswell? cheers

    he tells me its pretty quick off the mark. theres larger variants of these motors that theoretically put out 2000hp

    just take it off, open it up, and make sure the ball and spring are not jammed, and seated properly. u can change the spring, or cut it to make it shorter so u get to screw in the bolt a bit more. be careful not to let the ball and spring fly out when u open it up. they do go flying.

    Check this out. My mate is doing electric conversions and he just sent me this clip. They're using WARP electric motors. I dont know a whole lot about it, but he reckons they had this one up to 90kph. Will go faster with more batteries/larger motor. If anyone is interested, let me know, and i'll put you in touch with him.

    Gt Body Repairs in Kingsgrove. Give him a call. Ask for Glenn, he runs the place. 9502 1609 He recently got all the buff marks out of my black paint, and mixed up some paint for touch ups. Did an excellent job. Tell him Tony with the black 33 sent you. He's done other cars for me over the years, and always comes thru with a top finish. Only problem is he's always busy, but u might get in on a saturday.
