  1. what about slip on spacers? do these also prevent the wheel from sitting correctly on the hub?
  2. the cops over the shire way remind me of those rednecks out of smokey and the bandit. good luck with that
  3. are you guys sure the r33 thermo fan doesnt switch on with aircon? i thought it did. not constantly, but as needed.
  4. you can turn the cooler around to have the pipes on the passenger side. they work both ways. i'm only running 10psi, with zorst and pod.
  5. no i havent gone any route. still considering this cooler, or r34 smic. i find even my stock r33 cooler keeps up fine, except on stinking hot days. maybe you'll sell me yours...
  6. i saw this show, and thought wooohoo. but it's like 30 mins long, and they're so vague, its annoying. very disappointing
  7. just jap sell a fmic with the inlet and outlet on the same side. u just have to make ur own piping to mate with the stock pipes. i was considering this option myself. from memory it's around $200, no piping incl. edit: heres the link http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...c=82006&hl=
  8. mine's been very reliable *knock on wood* and besides the normal services, its needed nothing. one thing i noticed is the rb's are balanced pretty damn well. probably why they can take high revs/hard driving without issues. u can sit a glass of water on the motor while its idling and it hardly moves. try that on a commodore.
  9. did it say soemthing about 'your contact list isnt available' it did that to me earlier, but i just signed in like 10 times, and it finally connected.
  10. man, you already paid for the tune. take it back and have them fix it. why would you walk away from 1k without even asking first?
  11. that truly sux. i expect alot of wheelie bins will be trashed. in NSW, the law states that motorists must be warned by at least 2 fixed road signs that you are approaching a speed camera.
  12. Is There Any Members From The Shire ?, anyone ?? ARE There...not IS There freakin inbred shire folk
  13. i have tried and tried to find the lag again, and its not there anymore. lol quickshift, no prob. granny shift, still no prob, besides the obvious revs dropping out of boost range of course. must've been the cat i had on. coz i didint have the lag issue before or after it. so no hole and still happy.
  14. holy thing! he ripped a shit
  15. GOLD !!!
  16. did u find boost now drops off up top? funny thing is i took the car out for a run just for comparison sake....and there was no lag. wtf? anyway, i've left it for now. only change i've made was my cat. maybe that had some effect.
  17. i love the sound of the v8, but not so much that supercharger. sounds like the reverse gear in a barina.
  18. have u got the turbo fitted yet? are you happy with the results? or you still stuffing around with the 'bolt on' procedure?
  19. lol sanding block. classic btw...fmic wont give you a power gain. its just a supporting mod so u can run higher boost.
  20. just make the hole where cubes said. Mine has the pin hole directly opposite the nipple that feeds the wastegate actuator, so smack in the middle. here's a pic lol...as you can tell, i'm quite keen to see if this fixes the lag
  21. the guy who sells these (mark) told me it's a 1.5mm hole.
  22. if someone puts a hole in theirs, let us know. i'd be interested to see if that fixes the lag
  23. theres a pic here that shows where the hole goes http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=2067133 let us know if it improves the lag issue
  24. just jap stocks them.
