  1. Im about to give changing my clutch a go. any tips or helpfull hints from you lot would be great.
  2. Hey all this year is time for project 250rwkw. at the moment im sitting at 201.3rwkw with factory turbo. so whats a good turbo upgrade and what other parts will i need to get my goal. Currently my mods are HKS Hiper Turbo back exhaust and HKS muffler HKS super flow pod filter @ CAI HKS EVC 5 boost controller @ 12psi Apexi SAFC-II Greddy Type R blow off valve Autobarn88 600x300x76 intercooler Sard Fuel pressure reg Walbro 500hp Fuel pump NGK Iridum Spark plugs @ .8mm Splitfire Coils Nismo G-Attack suspension

  9. all good mate eveyone has there own ideas etc. i just got sick of spending money on the engine (for now) she is currently at 215rwkw so thought it was time to change the look to keep me interested etc. so yea had a bit of fun. Sure am mate some mags with a big dish and some coil overs will be on the card for late december early jan. yep i sure am filling the gaps well bringing the cooler forward etc because even i think that gap is rude : ) Yep as above.
  10. Mine are Nismo LED ones they are 100% good fitting and ai love the look of them. Cheers mate yea mags are deffently the next to do haha just got to get some $$ first. Yea im a big fan of the eye lids but again not everyonews cup of tea. Hmm i had spent like 6g on the engine mods first and now another to much on the kit and painting. hahah Cheer mate thanks
  11. cheers for the comments guys. Yep mags are on the cards. i always wanted to finish the kit before i got mags to make sure it all go together. Also i like the eye lid so i guess each to there own. and yea also love the front bar as its way different and the GTR / 400R has been used to death these days.

I had one of the $80-90 ones i did like the shorter shift that was great but i endend up taking it out after about 2 month They do feel a bit tinny and are noisy and do move about alot and it also made my gears crunch at times I have now put the stock back in the throw feels like im driving a tractor but i do like stock better. I have herd the real nismo ones for like $260 are very good

As im pretty excited and cant wait i thought id share my fun with you all Tonight i am going to the airport runway to do some top speed runs some skids and try some drifting Jeremy clarkson styles should be a great buzz and its only costing me my gas. and i have to take 2 skyline virgins for a hoon in a real car
  17. for me it feels like it funs out of boost so it pulls then flattens out then after like 5000-6000 rpm it starts boosting hard again
  18. So is there anything i can do to fix my prob or is the only fix a new ECU
  19. Mine are only taped on and have been on for about 6 months now. but it was a very strong tape. but hey dude its personal preferance.
  20. OH I C so i guess the only way around it is to get a after market ECU.
  21. My R33 is being a but funny at times when my car is boosting in low or hi boost (10psi and 14psi) It pulls hard then feels like it dips back then pulls hard again at around 5000-6000 rpm any idea Thanks

  23. Thanks for the help guys Looks like the prob is fixed. What I ended up doing. Cleaned the battery terminals and tightened them up Cleaned the factory air filter Replaced the fuel filter Cleaned and regapped the plugs to factory gap Cleaned distributer cap (was spotless anyway) Cleaned intake with carbie cleaner Reset ECU Reset cold and hot idle points car now seems good from cold to running temp so fingers crossed it stays that way
  24. Thanks for that i will give it ago. I have so far changed the leads and spark plugs and replaced the fuel filter also cleaned all contacts and cleaned up the battery terminals. seems to be running a little better but idel still seems very low at times
  25. dude i understand its a skyline forum but i didnt think people so so uptight about it. for god sake im not posting shit like "oi bro will this pimped lancer beat my skyline" im asking a general question about a cars prob thought most would understand. and thanks for the ideas
