Since you guys are on this subject. Can someone tell me is there anyway to make the ride height higher if one is using the s13 coilovers on an a31? I put in a set of s13 coilovers on my cefiro but I felt its sitting too low and won't get a lot of clearance on some roads/ramps/speed bumps. But the coilovers currently have been adjusted to the maximum height already! Need help please....

G'day Australia! I need your feedbacks. Does anyone here knows if there are any Whiteline PU bushes for A31? I know A31 does share parts with S13. All my bushes are still original, and as you know, 15year-old rubber bushes are not known for being very rigid! And I am thinking of changing them. The problem is I don't know what are the correct "part/item numbers" if I do order them from Whiteline. Any help here is much appreciated. Thanks!

To add on to the symptoms that I had, here's the latest... this morning when I arrived at the office, and while trying to park the car, I put the transmission at "R"... press the accelerator.. and the car didn't move! I suspect I need to replace the torque converter. Any thoughts?? Is there a doctor (mechanic) in the house?? CT.

How does one know that the gearbox is nearing or at the end of its service life? What are tell take signs? i) The car will give a slight jolt when changing gear? ii) Sometimes a gear is "hold" for a good few seconds before engaging a higher gear (noticed RPM is also higher when this happens)? These are the symptoms that I experience with my A31 currently. Your thoughts and experience will be greatly appreciated. Almost missed out the most important information. I'm driving a 1991 A31 Auto transmission, with a RB20DET swap. Thanks. CT.

Hi All! Thanks for all your response/feedback. I had the steering checked out by my mech. Turns out the steering rack was faulty. So I had the mech replaced it.. Everything is back to normal now, except for some clicking/ticking sound coming from the left front side of the car each time I turn the wheel. FYI, alignment was carried out immediately after my mech replaced the faulty steering rack. AAARRRG! CT.

Hi all, I need some urgent advise. I have almost no steer response when I turn the steering wheel. I have just got my A31 engine swapped to RB20DET. What's wrong? Could it be due to faulty power steering pump or steering rack or others??? Please help!!! Thank you very much folks! CT

Hi all, I need urgent advise here! My RB20DET gearbox is busted and I've ordered one replacement from one of the chop shop here in Malaysia but its a RB25DET gearbox!! When I call the chop shop to clarify, they said that the RB25 gearbox can also be used with the RB20 engine but few changes are needed. The problem is my mechanic does not know what are the changes...! Please help!!!

Thanks Resin! By the way, my name is Tong. I'm from Malaysia and had recently bought an A31. Stripe it down and did a complete build up! Its almost complete now and I'm looking for a set of coilovers. This JIC came to me in the Website. So I need to know more about this brand because I'm hearing some bad stuff about this brand. The official website is currently down so I don't have any reference. I know this might have probably been done before but can someone share with me what is their suspension setup? This is a daily driven car... no chance of heading to the track.
