  1. Dont the rules state that you have to have the price listed?
  2. The shocks are apparently "trickling in" so they get one set every week or so. There are 3 or 4 people still waiting on R34 suspension including myself. Deltaforce has recieved his stuff now which is good news. And apparently I am next on the list
  3. So I guess you finally got your shocks from Sydney Kid. good stuff!
  4. OK just called them and a pallate of springs has finally arrived. They believe I will have everything by Friday. We will see....
  5. boot lining plastic?
  6. Damn those rims are like "out there!"
  7. Thought I would write this up as I was struggling quite a bit with this one, and now have it down to a fine art. Tools required: 1 x stubby phillips head, 1 x long thin phillips head. OK so the story is I wanted to install some LED bulbs for the cluster and "piggy back" off the Oil Preasure guage wiring for a better gauge. So here are the steps: 1. Unscrew the 6 screws under the steering column and drop it as low as it can go. Then pop of the top cover behind the steering wheel (see pic) 2. Unscrew the 2 screws at the top of the cluster surround 3. Pull the cluster surround out by pulling first a the top and then the bottom. 4. Disconnect the Climate Control Sensor wiring clip and tube (REMEMBER TO PLUG THESE IN WHEN YOU PUT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER! OTHERWISE YOUR AC WILL BE EITHER HOT AS OR 18 DEGREES ONLY!) 5. Unscrew all the 3 screws holding the cluster in. 6. Disconnect the 3 wirring harnesses from behind the cluster. The one on the left is a particular bastard as the clip is located behind the accesable side of the plug. Not really much I can say here other than it is a real pain to get out. Once it is out I suggest destroying the clips on these so they can easily be removed in the future! 7. Finally pull the cluster out. The only way you can get it past the steering wheel is to the left as shown below. Once the globes are changed, reverse the process to reinsert. I can now complete this process in about 10 minutes.
  8. yeah great price. Wish I could afford it :-(

  15. In this choice, R33. Due to the auto in the 34. Its to much of a hassle to switch. Just spend as much as you can on a very good 33 though. Dont rush into it!

  17. I have attempted to get a number of moderators to call Joe from Smooth Autostyle as he is very keen to advertise on SAU but wants to talk to someone about it rather than just PMing backwards and forwards. Can one of you guys please pickup the phone and call him on 02 97468430

  21. I have a GTT R34 at present, and am very happy to keep it for a long time. Unless R34 GTRs get a lot cheaper that is!

  23. A guy I work with was drugged and fell flat on his face in a club. He broke his jaw, most of his teeth (yes all the front ones broke in half!). He was in hospital with a wired up jaw that had to FULLY HEAL before they could work on his broken teeth! Spent 4 months in hospital at a cost of $40000! I also know a guy who fell 2 stories down a hole on a construction site and was impaled in 5 places by the reinforcement metal that they use in concreting. He is very lucky to be alive. Massive internal injuries and spent 6 months on a back board in hospital!
  24. OMG He lives!
