Got a bit tired of the rabbit ears look. So installed some bar end mirrors & changed out the grips while I was at it. From an aesthetic point of view I prefer it, but I personally wouldn't recommend it for this kind of bike, field of view is not as good & the mirrors shake like buggery (more-so than the stock mirrors )

So my hot water system decided to break down completely & all the repairers say it needs replacement. Farken. Up for $1800 minimum so all discretionary spending is out the window this month Can't make this one sorry.

Good on him! I commute on the M4 everyday & the amount of dopey dawdlers I see in lane 3 is shocking, I don't even speed & they slowly disappear in my mirrors. Little wonder there's so much traffic. That & everyone goes derp & bottlenecks at the joining lanes

It can happen randomly even when changing a battery. Had the window thing happen to me when I was switching the battery in my old v36. Only about 5 mins between battery change & my windows wound down automatically to 3/4 down & stayed there. Had to turn my car on & off a few times before the windows decided to start moving again, then did the reset procedure press all the way down & hold for 5 seconds, wind windows all the way up & hold for 5 seconds then they worked fine. Sometimes you won't even need to do it at all. Technology huh?

I have a puncture repair kit for emergencies but I'd rather just change out the tyre for peace of mind. Blowouts on a bike are not fun The price was for both front & rear tyres fitted. Cheers! Wish I could've stayed longer & socialised a bit more but oh well, always next time
