  1. And the guys on here bag the crap out of honda preludes with skyline conversions... I can appreciate the craftsmanship and effort that goes into it, but just not my cup of tea, bloke I work with is planning on this very same bodykit to go on his mx5
  2. good to see another Z enthusiast welcome
  3. WRX's are nice... if you like driving glorified shopping trolleys Welcome to the Forums
  4. does your car have a fmic? most times workshops just rip the horns out
  5. Was about to say aswell, sounded like a freakin monster too when he put his foot down soo a turbo vq must > everything by that logic
  6. That concept looks amazing! Shame the real thing won't look exactly like it
  7. Although I do like the look of carbon, it does beg the question of how much is too much? wouldn't mind carbon door trim inserts
  8. I used a cylinder shaped spacer for my front and back number plates, used longer type screws to go through the middle of the spacer
  9. Sweet, any idea of availability for these? I'd like to get my r34 up and running asap a PM with pricing for the slotted rotors would be good so I know what I'm up for
  10. Add me to the list, how would these compare to dba 4000 series? (i've read the thread about the cracking) front & rear slotted pair GT-t
  11. Hmmm, You'll have to excuse me while I CREAM MY PANTS The Bugatti is fugly as, Pagani Zonda is much nicer
  12. My R34 came with a factory fitted sunroof, If you're anything taller than say 5"9 your head will probably scrape the roofline I wouldn't get an aftermarket one, I work for a dealership and one of the aftermarket girls I talk to say every now and then a customer will come back with problems with sunroofs, and they supply a few different makers so it's not like it's just the one brand. As far as the factory fitted sunroof, I've driven non sunroof r34 GT-t's and there's no noticeable difference in structural rigidity while driving or doing power slides
  13. I'm a simple bloke, Dream car, fully restored rb26 powered Datsun 240z, Reality Car, 350z
  14. Any update on availability of slotted front rotors for R34 GT-t? I'm going to buy a new set of rotors for my skyline whether it be here or genuine at the end of this week
  15. Good luck with the repairs, Let me know if you need any genuine parts new from Japan, all I need is you to Pm me your car's Japanese VIN and the parts you need, I work at a car dealership with Nissan parts department and I can get a discount. I was recently up for some new rotors, castor rods and front control arms for my r34 as my current ones were worn and the difference in price to retail was pretty substantial. Hope it works out!
  16. hmmm, how many K's would the turbo have done? What car was this taken out of? do you know if it will be a direct bolt on for an R34 GT-t
  17. I've seen carbon style stickers that people have put on around the exhaust area to stop it getting on the car has a silver edge aswell, looked quite nice. no idea where they got them from
  18. Blasphemy... It's obvious that your friends' particular 'line wasn't up to the standard of the nismo exhaust, thus the shitfullnes ensued
  19. keep the faith brother, I have yet to have a nismo product let me down
  20. spotted a bayside blue R34 in the Hungry Jack's carpark along paramatta road near fivedock (audi dealership on the corner) Hi if you're on here, I was in my company car though, nice car
  21. Yo-Yo

    Mini Cars....

    Ahaha, AWESOME!!! much appreciated mate
  22. Hi, clean looking car you have there, just wondering if you have any hassles with police having your number plate where it is, I know in Sydney even if a plate even hints at being relocated on an import it screams 'pull me over,' then again just being an import does that anyway lol with that front bar the new sideskirts would match better than the 400r, and I think that the stealth wing would set the car off as the standard spoiler now seems out of place on the car. I saw on here awhile ago somebody found a stealth wing that still retained the brake stop light, I wish I had one of those when I had my R33!
  23. General budget and ideal rims size can help aswell, what sort of style wheels aswell You can buy cheap copies from ozzytyres/tempe/localbobjane if you want, but you'll get just that, a cheap imitation that isn't built to the same standard and quality of the originals. I found a nice second hand set of rays engineering wheels with tyres in the for sale section in the forums, Japanese made quality, forged rims and pretty light too These are rays engineering NISMO LMGT3s, they now have the lmgt4 which doesn't have the studs on the rim of the wheel
