  1. I've seen on sites like nismo.com.au (unique autosports), you can buy series 2 style grills in fibreglass, maybe you could try emailing them if it was made to fit a series 1? goodluck
  2. Straight from Koya themselves, 19's will be around 18Kgs +1! Finally some common sense Jonzie26 = I take it from your join date you're relatively new here, now I have no idea about your technical knowledge on cars in general, but the comments made by other guys here about the weights of rims is merely coming from the experience and knowledge they have about the general weights of different sizes of wheels, knowledge they have probably picked up along the way by spending time on these forums and soaking up the wealth of information that can be had here if you look in the right places. I used to have no clue about cars, now I have done a lot of DIY stuff like fitting my snorkel with fmic piping, making a second c.a.i aswell, repainting my worn interior trims, sevicing and maintaining it etc the list goes on, all thanks to skylines australia. Don't worry if sometimes members here can come across as cynical, it's mostly in jest goodluck with the wheels, you obviously chose them because they appealed to you which is the most important thing, making your car how you like it. as said above if you ask someone's opinion on something don't always expect it to be favourable, you should see the r32/r33 camps go on about which car is better, silly if you ask me... r34s are miles in front .

    Mini Cars....

yeah that's the one I think, the back wheels are stretched out and almost horizontal lol seen em before done to an r34 gtr etc
  4. I was never really a fan of the silvia platform, but I do like the s15 was down to a gt-t and an imported 200sx, chose the r34 over the s15 for size as I could still fit stuff into it if I needed.
  5. What you'll find is they will make stock brakes and calipers look tiny, especially with the open spoke design otherwise not a bad design at all just try to fit in as much dish as possible

    Mini Cars....

Hi! Reckon you could do one of my z? I've seen ones done with the car at this angle but I can't find an example so I'm hoping you know what I'm on about much appreciated
  7. Just a question, would you be able to get me a set of slotted street rotors to suit an r34 GTt I think the fronts are slightly larger compared to a 32/3? My rotors at the moment are paper thin and can no longer be machined. PM me if you like, much appreciated if you can help, I live 15 minutes from Blacktown too so pickup is no problemo, can pay cash too p.s what type of beer do u like
  8. oh nah lol, I got a pioneer unit with the same double din touch screen layout with blue lit buttons on the bottom, but still awesome once again I congratulate you for doing something that I decided was too much of a pain in the @ss to me lol
  9. lol hate to admit it but I was a complete novice to cars before I stumbled across an r33 at a car yard, was on my way home coming from a mazda dealership when something sporty caught my eye. Turned out to be something called a skyline, drove it loved it and bought it the next week. and it all snowballed from there. If not for my chance encounter I probably would've had a lancer or corolla
  10. Congratulations, I commend you on a job well done, good luck with the rest of the inputs! BTW you should totally hook up your dvd to play on the screen too like the HK boys, I think we have the same headunit too
  11. I've had mine for over 2 years now and they are still in top condition here ya go kittkat11, pics don't do it justice. The perfect compliment to any other carbon bits you have on a car, I'm gonna get a set of CF Ganadors when the side mirror motors give out I'm gonna buy a pair for my z when they inevitably drop in price
  12. I've got a set on mine, silver GT-t I'll post a pic if I can find one when I get home later
  13. kill 2 birds with one stone I guess, I've seen one's that work on a hinge and they pop up
  14. What does he mean by not tuned? has he had the power fc recently installed? is the car making that power now or does he think that would be the figure after a tune. Make sure you look at the condition of the brakes and suspension and the general condition of the engine bay suspension you can look at the condition of the rubber boots eg. to get an idea of it's current condition.
  15. I cut out a section of my snorkel to fit with the new piping I started with a small partition and kept cutting more out until it all fit, although admittedly as I have a pod and partition box a lot of airflow would come from the hole left by the stock i/c piping. I'm soon planning on making a second air intake using piping running from the frontbar to the hole using THIS thread for inspiration painted my fmic and piping in black
  16. I was pulled over by one of those taipan boys on the great western, was sensible and pulled over into a side street rather than stop on the highway. was cruising in the middle lane at the speed limit behind a corolla too, but he comes screaming up and swerving through traffic to pull me over all it ended up being was a breath test and a stickybeak under my bonnet but nothing came of it, random license check my @rse I certainly hope people aren't suggesting that somebody should evade police after being caught doing illegal and dangerous acts, even if it's joking
  17. very plush, although I have to say the material does wear quite easily through use, My driver's side mat has all the material worn where I rest my heels, the other mats are in mint condition though
  18. hehe, typical northerners are like a lancer with a fart cannon, you make lots of noise but have nothing to back it up with see you in QueeRsland! GO BLUES!
  19. Some kind of Japanese version of the polariser ?
  20. been done before, actual unit will fit in the same place where the triple guages go, lots of DIY wiring and not all the functions work If you search on the forums there was a guy in Hong Kong who did this to his r33 and hooked up his tv/dvd aswell, very schmick One of my wet dreams was to get this done to my GT-t but cost and finding someone that can do a decent wiring job has put an end to that .
  21. Can't wait for FABLE 2, meant to be 4 times bigger game world then the first one
  22. do you mean an adjustable pulley for the exhaust camshaft?
  23. Just paint over the company's logo on your dyno graph in ms paint. Are you still feeling the same lack of gusto even with this new dyno readout?
  24. gimmie a break, gonna jump on the bandwagon here...
  25. Only plates I wanted are taken already LDF-00T might just settle for my initals and birth date combo, but being nsw (f#ckn RTA) there's an annual fee tacked on, for just my initials and d.o.b doesn't seem worth it
