Thanks for the replies it seems we are thinking along the same lines if i got snapped it looks like a suspension if i do get the fine i can ask a few people to take the point for me it just seems a bit harsh if i get done for 5 ks over and loose my licence but thats life i guess lol. Hi ive got a question about fines I think i got snapped by a speed camera last sunday at wollongong no more than 10 ks over probaly 5 or less really which is a 4 demerit loss for red P's so my question is today i just got my green P's which means i have 7 demerits am i safe from being suspended or will it count as a red P offence becuase i was on my reds at the time.
