yeh buffing wont do any damage but if the scratch is too deep then it wont help at all from the sounds of it, try another touch-up job.....

mr gtst take it down to the local panel beaters or wherever you were going to take it ask them if they would either repsray the entire panel (if the scratch is bad) or whther they could buff it out with the electric buffer if they saf theyd just buff it out then let me know and we can do it on the weekend if they say respray then the scratch is probably too deep to buff out and will need to be painted. if this is the case my mate will still do it for you but will cost almost the same as anywhere else as they have to mix-up the minimum amount of paint of that particular paintcode do no matter how little paint you need the minimum is like 2L or something so theywill charge you for it. either way let me know and good luck!!

mrgtst one of my mates works at a panel n paint shop who will have a look at it for ya, i got a couple of scratches on my black paintwork and he buffed them out for me with the electric buffer and some comound. if your scratch isnt too bad im sure we could work something out!

the 2535 is a HKS ball-bearing turbo capable of flowing 300-350ps they are direct bolt ons to RB20 manifolds and use an internal wastegate...

why are you using a chiptorque system? the R32 ECU is already remappable. thought you might be going for a complete ECU replacement like power fc or if you still had change, motec....

haha, with the right tuning you should do it fairly easily judging by the list of stuff youve got there RB20s can produce good power internally stock as long as the fuelling is taken care of..... what management are you going o use?

do a search dan, theres heaps on this already i use agib 10W40 but you can also use redline 10W40 alot of people seem to use mobil 1 5W50 but i havent heard good things about it, and that viscocity seems a little thin.... agib is $8 a litre from australian turbo sales in os park, you have tot ake your own containers though, the guys name is john redline is distributed by tim slacko at west racing but you could probably get it through all major performance tuners in perth

yeh pity about the rain well try it again when it gets drier i guess almost everyone gave up, we had about 10-15cars at the start and by carousel which is when we gave up there were 4:P all the hardcore freeway runnners, haha:D

what are the normal 'maintenance' type things to do in this situation the car just feels slow/crappy compared to normal on my list are new plugs (what gap/type) new oil new oil filter new fuel filter clean pod filter anything else thatll make the car run better?

when nissan designed that oil/filter combination for a nissan skyline they didnt have a boosted, intake/exhaust/cooler modifed car in mind.... if youve modified your car in any way from factory i would have to start to think that maybe nissans oil isnt any longer suitable
