i had mine cleaned and flow tested for $100. perfect results, car was nicer to drive, smoother, and flowed more fuel for higher boost applications

My R32 is for sale, i think most of you know the specs but just quickly black bodykit 17"s pod, exhaust, BOV blitz EBC, SAFC HKS PFC FCon T04E turbo (rebuilt with smaller exhaust wheel 3-4 months ago) FMIC boost, exhaust temp guages bosch fuel pump, injectors cleaned 4 weeks ago recently tuned on 10psi and made 240rwhp on barrys dyno. was planning on getting a lumpy ROM done to finish it all off and should get a decent power reading engine is in A1 condition with new water pump, head gasket, and head rebuild all done in the last 2-3 months. comp test has been done and is fine. i have all the reciepts for every penny ive ever spent on the car! selling as i want to go up north/down south over the christmas holidays for an expedition! and unfortunately the skyline isnt gunah get me very far all genuine offers considered, and for futher information or pictures (ive got hundreds!) email woodfamily@westnet.com.au or call 0421671266. am looking for $18500 ono

fuel is the easy one to check - get a $40 power run done at ur local dyno and check the AF curve. its spark which can be a prick to find, and you never know it could just be a dodgey connection somewhere in the ignition wiring, these cars are getting on 10 years old now and with intense heat its easy for connections to corrode

when i had my head off to replace a valve and it was in at the head-shop they said that porting and polishing wouldnt have been financially justified as the head already flowed very well. this was for an RB20 head tho - did they expect gains from porting and polishing the RB25 head? also did they ever consider changing the valves at all? i know the guy wanted to put CA18 exhaust valves in my head but i didnt want to take the gamble

i used a VL RB30ET water pump, you need a rattle gun to put the crank pulley bolt back on or else youll be in trouble. other than that its just a process of pulling the radiator, fan and belts off - have a look on the net as theres some documenation on the RB20 engine which may be of use.

you shouldnt have to touch the TPS at all - what are you hoping to gain out of this?

a certain 'tuning company' charged me for new platinum plugs but 6 months later when i realised it only takes a socket set and half a brain to complete the job i found crusty old coppers in there. i still have the receiept as well, but i guess sometimes it just isnt worth argueing.
