  4. hey guys long story short my last motor shot 5th cylinder dropped a new one in there took it get my nistune sorted picked it up all sweet went to drive it this morning that little gauge abve the fuel gauge is reading -7 last time i drove it it was reading 0 does this gauge actual;ly do anything? since noticing this my car doesnt drive/idle properly at all turbo sometimes spools when it does it hits some sort of cut.... i dont think its fuel cut as its only on 12psi and when it does boost sounds like it has a screamer on it any ideas?
  5. hey peeps swappin my old rb20det outta the r32 and dumping in a better condition one just wondering what is the correct torque specs on the clutch n fly for an rb20 i done a search and found them for the rb26 and rb25 but nothing on the 20 any help would be wikid

  9. now thinking about it my water pump went a little while ago so i got all my belts pump and radiator redone so yer main concern is the smoke drawing unwanted attention and i dont want to do any engine damage. iwhen i baught the car it was a stock rb20 turbo running a stupid amount of boost so got rid of that and put the r34 turbo on.. ive really only noticed the smoke since getting a nistune done... could they have buggerd the tune up? and apparently u can smell fuel from my car driving about 20mtrs behind it.. does that help anymore?

  11. hey guys got an r32 gtst with a r34 turbo with r32 actuator got it running 14psi nistuned so everything should be sweet getting surging around 2-3000rpm more on cold but happens when warm to.. im thinking it could be the actuator buggering up sometimes it boost's Fkn hard sometimes it doesnt but still hits 14psi im running new splitfire coils on .8 gapped coppers when i baught the car it had a catch can but i had to get rid of it to get over the pits so its plummed back into the stock intake when im boosting it blows black as usual but a little bit of white aswell.. could the white smoke be blow back from the turbo? meaning do i need to put another catch can on it? ive also noticed with the stock boost gauge in the car it moves ferom 0 to -7 as it chooses could the gauge moving b sending mixxed signals to the ecu? also a mechanic mate of mine told me it could be something to do with the brake cylinder?? any opinions would be wikid!
  12. yer.. it looks like the bracket that aligns the pedal... the weld has broken were the plate connects to the firewall dunno if that makes sense?
  13. hey peeps ive done a search and cant really find anything that relates if anyone has a link to a related topic that wuld be awesome a common thing.... the weld on the bracket has shat itself.. now im gonna pull it out n reweld the f**ker just wondering if there is anything that i need to no before i go ripping it apart? drain hydrolics? does anyone no if the brackets r bolted into the firewall or are they riveted? any help would be great! cheers
  14. i got yellowd for my dvd screen even tho there was nothing wrong with it.. went over the pits and got another defect for not having a child restraint bolt in the 32 grrr lame people
