fyshwhack, mate. and max, my solution is to get an alarm that'll buzz me if someone's even standing too close to the car. can't wait!

my shocks r sounding a little unhealthy, and will be getting looked at tomorrow as the car's first service. if they are on the way out is there anywhere people can recommend that i get some replacements. haven't done too much research on what shocks yet, but probably a tein item. i'm getting it serviced by gas tune, has anyone had any mods done with them? cheers guys

hey guys, is it normal to be constantly developing this dark dusty crap on the back of the car on the exhaust side? just noticed every time i clean it, that the exhaust is leaving a noticeable amount of dark patches on the car.

should hopefully be able to buff if out, it's not that deep really. its just one long one along the top of the boot. must've happened on sunday, unless it was some other time and i only just noticed on sunday. i think i'll probably just be bringing it to work when i really need to now tho lol.

yeah well it was parked right out front where i could see it, but then my mates went home and so it was between customer cars. so i moved it round the corner next to another mates' car, but out of sight and that's where it happened. i think i'll have to put it out the front again and put some witches hats around it!

ok, so i've owned my 32 gtr for a week now and i brought it to work (bunnings) to show a few mates. end of the day, i take it to get some petrol and notice a little scratch on the driver side rear quarter panel. didn't think too much of it, i may have overlooked it somehow though i could've sworn the car was spotless. anyways, i follow it along and find a massive key scrape across the top of the boot. motherf*cker! can't believe it. i'm dead set getting a microwave sensor to hopefully scare off pricks like this in future, but god damn, why?! anyways, just thought i'd vent. sorry guys.

why am i only just reading about this?! dammit! would've loved to see how the new baby went.

yeah, on that, what is a good alarm? currently looking at a cam201 i think it is? 2 point immobiliser, alarm, etc (http://www.audiotech.net.au/visionsecurityalarms.asp). having not really ever felt the need for an alarm on the old falcon, i don't really know much about them. is this sufficient or should i be looking to spend more?

finally got one! got it from autostyle in sydney on sunday and just took some pics of it. not too clean cuz the rain won't seem to let up, but the car's in awesome knick! just a few slightly worn rubbers around windows, lights etc. interior's pretty much on par with the outside. not immaculate but quite awesome nonetheless. couldn't be bothered getting the keys to open it and snap pics sorry! but yeah, car's totally standard 'cept for the 33 wheels, cat back exhaust and turbo timer. very happy with it. gave it a thrashing yesterday but that'll be it pretty much cuz i'd like this car to keep working for a while but it's got plenty o' poke. cheers guys!

went for a little hunt today to see if i could find like a gregory's manual for the new car, but had no luck. anyone know if anyone makes them? cheers.

aight, have finally bought a beautiful white 32 gtr today, only to get it home and realise there is a tiny leak of something (doesn't look like oil, it's pretty thin; watery). its drippin just a tiny bit back from the cat, which hopefully the photo will show. having not yet familiarised myself with all the plumbing of the car yet i have no clue what it is that could be leaking so if anyone has any clues that'd be handy! its a small bummer cuz the car looks and drives perfect and it wasn't leaking when i picked it up dammit. cheers guys!!

aight, so i've exhausted the limited selection of jap import dealers in canberra so i'm headin on up to sydney hopefully this weekend to have a look around. i've had my eye on a white r32 gtr that autostyle have on their site which is now at the very affordable price of 22900 (and hopefully a little less). even tho i wanted silver, if this car is in as good nick as it looks i'll be happy to have white. anyways, has anyone here had much dealings with autostyle? i posted a thread like this some time ago but couldn't find it again. also are there any other places in sydney worth a visit? cheers guys!

not a big fan of the gold gram lights 57's, all silver or chrome is sweet. gonna be a tough call when i have to decide between them and te37's. anyone know if te37's come in 10 or more wide? they don't seem to.

the xt's and futura's look a lot cooler now with those front bars, but i'm a bit unsure about the headlights. they do look more aggressive tho. and the white leather trims look pretty schmick. as for the f6's that's awesome, i had no idea they were THAT quick with such little modification. i remember reading that the xr6t's (as i'm sure is the same with the f6's) were heavily retarded from the factory to stop it destroying the v8 models. i would imagine with a less restrictive intake, exhaust, intercooler and computer they would be insane.
