basically just wanted a solid safe tune. didn't have much of a hand in it as i was at work while it was going on, and as people have said, could've still leaned out the afr's a bit and will most likely go back for that at some stage but yeah - the car's definitely not maxed out or anything.

well it definitely wasn't the falcon! thats cool guys, appreciate the input nonetheless. question, with the boost restrictor out there isn't any chance that the turbos will go about 1 bar is there? as far as i'm aware they hold at about 14 but i don't have a boost controller so i can't say for sure. in the mean time i'm holding off giving them complete death for fear of shattering one.

as far as i know the boost restrictor was already out. i felt the boost line off the solenoid and couldn't really feel anything inside it so... 212 does seem like a lot to me off a stocker, but if the original output is about right is there any reason to suspect the new output is off? boost i would imagine is sitting just under a bar. i don't have a boost controller yet and there's no reason for it to be running any higher than stock (minus the restrictor) boost. i dunno, hopefully its right, but if it is an exaggerated figure i don't really care that much cuz the car definitely feels much more responsive, smoother and much more powerful!

car is totally stock with exception of no name cat back exhaust + power fc - 212kw up from 160-ish.

hey, just thought i'd share. got the power fc installed and dyno tuned today by ed at autotech (him and peter are deadset champs btw!). car is COMPLETELY stock aside from a no name aftermarket cat back exhaust. was making around 160kw and now busts out 212kw! not too shabby for my first mod i have to say! drives like a bitch too, i'm pumped!

i'm up for it! sounds like it'll be pretty fun if we can get a poo load of people in on it. can take passenger/s and very small people in the back seat if needed. boot's pretty spacious too.

will try again in a bit but looked like a pretty happy connection. the alarm was definitely a lot louder when they were hooked up so i guess it made some difference

k, so car doesn't wanna go. can't jump start it either. it just makes this fast clicking noise, like it's trying to turn but can't or something. sounds like a little hammer drill. any ideas? apart from call nrma, which i will. cheers.

used the heat gun today. seems to be holding for the time being. i'm scared of drilling holes in my car but i guess it'll come down to it if the bubble pops back up. pretty stoked for the moment tho cuz that bubble has been shitting me since i bought the car.
