Man if its only temporary, i'd suggest an APEXI SAFC.....Yes yes i know they are old tech but they work very well for stock/mild cars and are mega cheap these days. $100 for an SAFC and $150 to tune it you could run your highflow and even up the boost a tad, then when you get some extra cash you can always get your money back for the SAFC. Just a thought.

From what my wideband showed me, when i had my 98RON AFR's at 12.6:1 (NA back then) they would jump to 13:1 under full load with E10(100RON) but i found i could wind in a tad more ignition over 98 too.

Ecumaster is popular as hell in western Europe, friend of mine had a Ecumaster digital ecu tuner 3 and loved it on his sr20. They are great value for money.

No no no, not talking about anything mechanical. People go in with a car that has boltons and say the ECU was tuned for response....no camgears, cams, etc.

The pump is not my concern, another Z32 is running E85, 22PSI on stock snails on 800's and is hitting 90% IDC. The Z32 is pump is fine, he even runs a 75shot over that too.

i'd go a hypergear ss1 on an rb20 tbh, they almost seem like a perfect match.

Ahh ok, thanks for the reply. Although i don't own a RB or a skyline not many Z32 owners do anything other than add boltons so i come here for real info. There are a few stock turbo z32's running low 11's at 120-124mph on stock snails with the boost spiking to 24PSI in the mid range to 17PSI up top so i'm hoping that the pre turbo meth may allow a few more MPH to try crack a 10 second pass.

Hey you guys that run pre turbo, any of you maxed out your comp side and have any before/after sheets? or even how much boost you could run before/after? I only have info on one car running pre turbo meth that jumped 7PSI on the same boost setting and kept making power.

All the SAFC does is intercept the AFM signal and move it up or down, with this your fuelling may change but so will your ignition timing as the ECU will think you are under less or more load dependant on tune. Funnily enough though i have a Super Ignition timing converter for sale that could work very well for you

Turbo has tiny housings on it, not suprised it became a restriction on a high revving 2.5L. I'd actually say that's a good result considering how small the housings are.

Only things i can think of, really heavy duty valve springs can cause problems with timing. The tuning may also be a problem in itself, you mention timing being put in.....is that during the 98RON tune? Try low boost and aggressive timing and work up from there.

Head been skimmed? block too? any other cylinder head work? Also a stupid question but the cam lobes aren't worn down are they? Do you have stock valvesprings or HD units?
