  1. Gotta strike whilst the iron is hot! As they say.
  2. Not no more! Just bought another KHR30, so the C210 coupe that STATUS is looking at, I'm getting out of. Cheers, D
  3. Not anymore! I now own 4 R30 JDM imports
  4. It's the zero feedback newbies that I'm always wary about on these auctions? How easy would it be for the seller to organise to boost the price a little and how often do you see the newbie has sent the price through the roof, yet it gets re listed due to non paying bidder? D
  5. Did you want his DR or the L29 C210 sedan?
  6. There is a head, or was a head in USA, a P90A which had hydraulic lifters (non adjustable) but they are useless today, because the lifter is no longer available if one fails and they were sealed and unserviceable. Cheers, D
  7. There is a site I found called Nissan Patrol dot com Maybe you could ask them the question and see how you go. Cheers, D
  8. Good luck! They like rockin horse poo here in oz. D
  9. If your going to do your moustache bar bushes, maybe at same time you might want to think about the rear crossmember bushes, because they now do this bush off the shelf after much pioneering by myself and a couple of others getting them custom made by Noltec when they were at Thornleigh. Note the date on the picture, but they were made in 2002 at about $460.00 pair. You will find they eliminate sh!tloads of rear movement. When your looking at pivot point bushes such as rear trailing arms and inner lower control arms, take a page out of the rally boys book and stick to bonded rubber unless of course you want to be changing them about anually. Cheers, D
  10. JFYI Stewart Wilkins gets his bushes from Whiteline Plus, a subsidury now of Nolathane up Sommerset way. (Wyong) He has a front caster bar kit that comes with oversize od crush tube and it's blue and used to come from Noltec before they were gobbled up by Nolathane. aka Redranger. D
  11. Or this maybe??? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...RK%3AMEWAX%3AIT And landed for about AU$300.00. D
  12. I didn't use it due to the skirts problem initially, but now that I have 2 PNV Skylines, the whole thing would be a bit gawdy IMHO, so my modified version is just going to use the Iron Mask body kit. The track car doesn't matter about looks that much, so long as it's effective. D
  13. By off chance ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmaybe! I don't have the rear bar you are talking about specifically and you do know that it is 50000 yen plus freight & add ons new? Buuuuuuuuuuut, I do have these! And I have the JDM rear bar to go inside it. Cheers, D
  14. This is an Jenesis FRP Rear Bar. It's only a cover, as it needs the original S2 bumper to support it. And Steve, You were looking for rocking horse poo before when trying to get an N/S/F DR guard, what would you describe this request? D
  15. Steve, Standard guards are fairly easy to come by, but your mint order is the hard part. To ship to WA from Sydney would be expensive too. If there was some small blemishes you would have to get the beater to fix it before painting. Have you tried contacting Carolyn Kruger (Cazz) for a price on a new guard, she says she can get new bits at good prices. D
  16. That's an interesting call, because the area Dapto is on would be worth 10million today, easy. Getting a guard in mint condition isn't the issue, the issue would be getting it to WA in same condition. It could be insured but that just gets your money back, doesn't get the guard you need. Wouldn't it be easier getting it through your local Nissan dealer? They could order it through the FAST system, ex Japan and you would be assured of it's condition when you picked it up? Cheers, D
  17. I'm just thinking that just about anything from the wreckers will be similar in condition as they are duty bound these days to remove all fluids, due EPA regulations. I have to go to Dapto on NSW south coast (just past Wollongong) in next few days, so I can look if you like. Weather permitting! There must be a brake & clutch specialist up your way that could tell you if it's rebuildable. They put stainless sleeves in them and then a kit and they come out like new, but time line is pretty much untested. When there is nothing else, your choice in minimal. Cheers, D
  18. Do you not have one at all, or is it yours is stuffed and not available new?
  19. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Datsun-Niss...sQ5fAccessories Try this Jarryd, You should land it in the country for less than AU$600.00 Cheers, D
  20. There were two (2) inlet manifolds on FJ20et, the smaller (shorter runners) was off the S12 Silvia so that it fitted into the engine bay. Maybe FJ20.com might be a good place too!
  21. I have polyurethane bushes in my R30 moustache bar. Try Nolathane with the dimensions.
  22. Well I might too soon! I have my eyes on an C211
  23. For the record, I have 8k front & 6k rear springs on my 1150kg DR30 race car on JIC coilovers all round
  24. C210 stock springs were 2.04kg front & 1.83kg rear on a 1200kg car. Sorry! But your saying your not going to drive it like a dill, yet your going to more than quadruple the spring constants. I just cant see where your going. Your asking for opinions putting anything on a forum. As I said I'm sorry, but it is my opinion and I look at some ride quality as well. And racsov I'm not suggesting, and never said anything stock. 9k sounds good on paper but in reality on a rough surface, the car isn't going to stop and there is lots of them on our roads. 9k would nearly mean zero on a 1200kg car.
