  1. No! I know they fit, about +38 offset is the go. I have a pair of 245/45 x 16 Yokohama A008 RSII's up for grabs. They are past their use by date and side walls are a bit hard, but I figure they would make good burnout tyres or maybe road tyres. They are new. D
  2. Who uses 16 x 8~9 rears here and maybe 245/45 x 16 tyres? D
  3. I think you will find KMGC is a coupe/hardtop and MGC is a 4dr sedan and from what has been posted so far, I'm guessing that our V8skylineMAN hasn't got around to the coupe/hardtop genre yet. D
  4. How would it be if I did something like this: !981 ~ 83 E-PJR30V E-PJR30VA Z18S 18ooTi E-PJR30H E-PJR30HA Z18S 1800Ti-L E-UJR30HFE E-UJR30HAE Z20E 2000Ti-E-L E-UJR30XFE E-UJR30XAE Z20E 2000Ti-E-X E-DR30JFE FJ20E 2000RS E-HR30VFE L20E 2000GT-E E-HR30HFE E-HR30HAE L20E 2000GT-E-L E-HR30XFE E-HR30XAE E-HR30GFE E-HR30GAE L20E 2000GT-E-X E-HR30VFT L20ET GT-E E-HR30HFT E-HR30HAT L20ET GT-E-L E-HR30XFT E-HR30XAT E-HR30GFT E-HR30GAT L20ET GT-E-X E-HR30JFT E-HR30JAT L20ET GT-E-S K-ER30HF K-ER30HA LD28 GT-L K-ER30XF K-ER30XA LD28 GT-X E-KPJR30H E-KPJR30HA E-KUJR30HFE E-KUJR30HAE E-KUJR30XFE E-KUJR30XAE E-KDR30JFE E-KHR30HFE E-KHR30HAE E-KHR30XFE E-KHR30XAE E-KHR30GFE E-KHR30GAE E-KHR30VFT E-KHR30HFT E-KHR30HAT E-KHR30XFT E-KHR30XAT E-KHR30GFT E-KHR30GAT E-KHR30JFT E-KHR30JAT E-RPJR30H E-RPJR30HA E-RUJR30XFE E-RUJR30XAE E-RHR30HFE E-RHR30HAE E-RHR30XFE E-RHR30XAE E-RHR30GFE E-RHR30GAE E-RHR30XFT E-RHR30XAT E-RHR30GFT E-RHR30GAT K-RER30HF K-RER30HA
  5. Well I have argueably the mintest KHR30 in Ozland and a modified version on the way & therefore far to much money tied up in the marque to change direction now, but hold a soft spot for C210/211, coupes, so it's good to see that there are some of our younger generation trying to keep the marque alive & well. I have a couple of kids that quite frankly, don't give a dam about my cars. They certainly don't share the same passion I do for them and I'm sure they would just flog them off to the first person offering cash dollars if they were given the chance, so I might just have to give them away before I go eh? Cheers, D
  6. How's the coffee pot going Drew, did you ever take that kg I gave you out for a run? D
  7. I guess this is an exclusive 210/211 deal huh?
  8. NYE was awesome for me! Started work at 1300 to shuttle 2000+ to Glebe Island for the concert, sat on my butt from 2030 ~ 0000, watched the best ever fireworks display from a vantage point at Glebe Island, higher than the plebs that paid between $150 & 1500.00 a ticket and then shuttled them back to Central station and got paid for it all. Got some half decent pics of fireworks shot at f8 at about half a second and about 100mm zoom except for some power poles that got in the way. Not a bad score on them wheels boys, what sort of plans you got for them? Cheers, D
  9. Did you know the car existed before you got it Jason? Cheers, D
  10. I dunno about inbred in Tassie, but some years ago I was working, ummmm doing a job for a mate, at Bahlbone Mines out towards Mudgee and had a beer at a quaint little pub at a place called Cullen Bullen and the barmaid had 5 fingers plus a thumb???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? D
  11. Mike, If you really want a Skyline as a work horse, I would go with the works510 suggestion with maybe a wagon. Newer, parts easier to come by etc etc etc
  12. I'm going there for a 25 day 4x4 adventure in March 2012. Departing my place wee hours of 4th to arrive on the Spirit am 5th & returning 29th. When you gunna be there John? I have accommodation booked at Derby. I am doing the Hellyer Rd Distillery at Burnie, the Lark Distillery in Hobart & Boag's in Launceston along the way.. Cheers, D
  13. What's wrong with the Boag's Mike? Best beer in Oz in my opinion and if their adv is true to form I'm gunna chuck the other half in the river when I get down there soon.
  14. Keep the front sway bar as it's the best thing you can do to an R30 of any description although will work better with stiffer front & rear springs. With standard otherwise suspension it will tend to understeer a bit. The rest is as 510 says.
  15. Anybody interested in one of these? It's brand new in the box, never used and up for grabs. It cost me about $199.00 but anything around half will be acceptable from forum users. I bought it when looking at 550/600D's, but changed track & bought a Panasonic DMC-G1 with 14~45 & 45~200 lenses instead and have since added the 100~300 lens. Drop me a line, or PM if your interested. Cheers, Dennis
  16. Did you think about searching the forum first??? There is at least 5 threads on the subject and I'm sure you will get the info you want from one of them. What's wrong with a turbo on your L24E or do you have issues with 150Kw? D
  17. IS THIS CAR STILL FOR SALE?
  18. 4 Bolt is of no use unless the axles go with them?
  19. You should know better than to ask that question lol Bottom line, no bull .......................... NO! You need some R200 DR30 half shafts eh? Cheers, D
  20. The Bellet GT was a great little car, but we only got it in limited numbers here in Oz because I think the insurance premiums went thru the roof because it was a GT. It was the pre deccessor of many very smart small Isuzu cars that we never got to see which was a real pity. We might have seen a lot more but for the european connection of GM
  21. What you & all forget is it's a lot more than spring rates alone, it's a combination of a whole lot of things working together that makes the car handle, not just a stiff set of springs.
  22. 8K FRONT & 6k REAR J, on the JIC Coilovers.
  23. Work on a third J, if you're going to stick with 8kg/mm front, your going to need about 6kg rears, but my strongest suggestion is 6kg max front & 4.5 rear if you still expect some ride quality and not have to wear a kidney belt every time you drive it. D
  24. You have to use your own respective top plate, but Koni use the same part number for C210, R30 & R31 for rears. D
