hey guys im looking for a shop that sells a few bonnets i scanned the forums and saw a few that i like the Z-tune style hood looks great just wondering where i can look like internet sites? work shops? preferably sydney area feel free to post up other style bonnets that you like and the efficiency of them if they are vented and such. give me ideas!!! cheers Andrew

hey guys been seeing some tri force style rims with the black inside and the dish red mate said they are called a zeda tri force i cant seem to find anything on them on SAU or ebay anyone know where i can pick a pair up?

i live on the central coast but cant get anywhere like epping because the engine is having a compleat rebuild i was if you could mail it to kariong? (just cheapest postage i dont mind ) and how would you like me to get the money to you?

This still up for sale? seeing as it says any rb N/A would be fine?

hey mate i have the same problem when i am in 1st my rev hit pretty hard and launch a lot!!!!!!! of blue/white smoke 2nd it dies down and by 3rd there is nothing, i have a N/A so i dont have a turbo to be a change of problem you may only be running rich the way i found my problem was a compression test and found my 5th cylinder was 30psi down to my others so im losting a liter of oil per 200km. in worst case your piston rings may be wearing down but being you have a turbo its natural to have small amounts of smoke come out just keep a eye on your oil level and you will b able to tell how serious the problem is also for a airbag steering wheel im not sure i remember saying this the other day to a mate because my wheel is worn down and i said i need a new one he then said HAHAHAHAH very loudly its a bit tricky there are forms how to do the :merli:magic. Its worth reading up about it

haha just remember these are Americans saying its not soul full ............ there views on cars are 22" rims and a v8 "like i say why would you have 2 more pistons when you can have the 6 and me much faster " of course there going to cry about the groundbreaking limits this car is pushing because Americans always want to be the people who make and live at the top and anything they do/make is perfect so i think they are the journalists in America have problems

i went for a look at the block today at the workshop and its AMAZING CONDITION! yeh the engine is just getting more and more thirsty for oil so now to do the labor ...

P.S im getting the papers off my mechanic i left them there at the shop but i remember the psi from the compression test was not far off the stock psi from stock excluding the 5th cylinder.

haha yeh sorry guys it was a rushed topic and i wanted bed yeh general questions may be better but i was hoping to hear it from a N/A point of view. by the way its not the rb30 bottom i am looking for i just want to keep it a rb25. haha, i know cams are on the top end its just im taking the engine out i wanted to change them to a better than stock part and just wanted to hear some good cams to go with if any of you know some? yeh i talked to my friends dad all he said was change the sump, so thats easy. yeh the blue smoke pours out in 1st and 2nd people behind the car blow the smoke away from there face if they cross the road behind it a rebuild would be like building a engine back to new, but i dont think im worrying about that at the moment because its only my P's car and if i can keep it in good condition without spending a lot and get some power ill be happy with it and because its a 60,000km engine my friend has sitting there and ive looked over it for scorch marks and such it looks like it wouldnt have been wound back so $300 is my bargain for me ill just change the ring and the bearing and etc because there pretty much a must my uncle was telling me. thanks for feedback on what you could bring up ill take a look around the general parts but advise on a style of cam would be appreciated

hey guys my skyline has hit 170,000 and the bottom end has decided to turn into a oil chewer it does 800km and drink 4.2liters of 40/70 yes thats right its ruined, anyway my uncle has gone over the car and all i need is to get new cams and he recommends changing my bottom end now because the compression test showed its 35psi down on the 5th cylinder than the others and they will want to die soon so thats y im going for a whole bottom end. My mate brought a rb25 and took the head off for a VL show car and said i can have the bottom for 300 and its only done 60,000km i checked it and its fine. all i need to know is because its come from a Auto and a Rwc car i have a manual and a gts4 the 4wd system is no problem i believe? but im not sure on the deal with the automatic? A nissan mechanic guy i know said i will need to switch the sumps around so its got my old manual sump on it but i didn't get to talk to him about any other things info about cams and bottom ends and such would be muchlyyy appreciated

Hey guys Im new to typing on skylines Australia i made this account 2 years ago when i was 15 so it seems dead i just didnt have a skyline to talk about .... now i do .Anyway im looking at getting a Apexi power intake and like a bit of WOOSH. I know sticking the pod in and enclosing it is the whole deal with N.S.W but i want to know if there is a way where i can bring on the sucking sound with my N/A (dosnt have to be heard down the street 100m im just looking for enough so if i hit the accelerator you can hear it ) Hit me with the ideas?!?! yeh undercover cops hmmm some like to travel with there P plates on but the problem is u cant have a V8 on ur P's so they cant go driving the XR8's around with P plates really....
