Sorry I thought that the GTST was implied when i mentioned RB25DET, my bad. I really wanted an R34 GT-T, but i also wanted a good starting point, Much like what Fooey e-mailed me the details with, but something newer. And i want something as close to 250 kw for around the $25k. that is why i downgraded to the idea of an R33, RReally want something like an earlie 1998. But i am not sure if I can get an 1998 R33 GTS-T to put out around the 250kw for that kind of money.. It is why I came to you guys for advice. Really looking for something as a work horse but has be low k's and very reliable, also something that with a little bit of mods, can easily slip into drifting.

I never said that any brand sucked. I just said that the Pirelli and Federals out performed the others that i had personally tested. Yes I am aware that there is different designs and models of tyres. prolly too many to name in this forum. but over the years that i have tested tyres, a lot of models and designs have changed, so not really worth mentioning anyway. But if you are into Drifting at all, look at the drifting SA web site for more info on the tyres they use, and the reasons why they use them.

I work for a joint what does Wheels Tyres and Alignments, and the front wheel on the left side of the car should be set forward a little more than the right side, cos of the "australian road conditions" we run a higher road camber here, so the left wheel is set forward a little bit to allow for the car to drive straight on the road.

Hey guys, I'm looking to get an R33 GTS, But I honestly dont know wha to look out for as far as a good one. I have around $25K to spend, but I would like something low k's very clean, and not been driven hard. Can someone help me with some info on what to look for? how much a good GTS will set me back and what mods i can do for stuff all cash to get the best out of my RB25DET?
