  1. GT2860-5s Mines Dumps & Front pipe Tomei Type B Cams Link G4+ with Flex sensor full spec/build: http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/411603-ts-r32-gtr/
  2. More power and earlier on? Seems to be a flawless win-win, bar the additional cost of the GTX over GT Any idea on boost levels on both runs?
  3. Here you go http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/384897-new-garrett-gtx2860r-2863r-2867r/page-26
  4. The above is still available
  5. Nistune has an update so you can keep ecu controlled VCT with RB20 ecu.
  6. +1, just picked up my flex fuel tuned Link g4+ yesterday Even nistune can be flex fuel tuned these days with an additional board.
  7. Picked up the car this afternoon, flex tune done! Power feels similar to the recent 98 tune (from my 40min peak hour test drive), but a nice chunk of extra torque has definitely been added with e85. She's pretty quick and still very happy with the result as the work has transformed the way the car drives Thanks to the crew at Galvsport! (and ASG for the tune!)
  8. Apologies, that wasn't for this thread as I'm not posting the seat, WA pickup only.
  9. Do you have access to e85? Fuel can change a few factors.
  10. Would be curious as to where GTX2860/63s (modified for OEM fitment) fit in the mix. They should be an improvement over normal -5s, but enough to give the EFR8374 a run for it's money? Maybe not.
  11. +160K stock engine with -5s + Poncam Bs making with no noticeable loss down low compared to previous 34R turbos + dialed stock cams, but big gains in mid/high end. Upcoming E85 tune will bring even more fun times. #YOLO
  12. haha yeah steering was a bit vague... not noticable worse than factory tyres mind you, but it was a comfy ride. Like I said, that's an old photo
  13. Tyre manufacturers rate this size for use between 7 - 8.5 in wide tyres, perfectly in spec... although stretch/stance-fairies may dislike it. Variance in speed is only +3%, about the same as most people get jumping to common 18" wheel sizes 245/50/R16s on my GTR a few years ago.
  14. MFD pics, with power connected to show it's working p.s. top cover + white and brown plugs come with it.
  15. 16. Piping kit all sold except OEM twin turbo pipe... rest still available. Nistune (type 2 board) installed on R32 GTR ecu (no case) includes consult cable $400 R32 GTR Injectors $300 Blitz Dual SBC Spec-R (black) $350 Polished OEM twin turbo pipe $100 RB26 AFMs - Resoldered and resealed with +4 years faultless service since $160 R32 GTR drivers seat in av. condition $100
  17. Pods were 2nd hand off here so unsure... N1 side skirts were JSAI and the fitment was rubbish.
  18. Greddy intake pipe work, thinking about redoing them with black joiners and black coated pipe work. A relocated PS res to free up some room might be the go down the track. Flex sensor and some sexy fittings hiding behind oil filter Planning on doing a boot mounted reservoir, once done I can get both pods nestled low near the bumper feed, but setup works perfect for now. You can also see the colour difference between panels where I've managed to clear off the 20yrs of grime. Loving the induction noise of the new turbos and intake setup, stock bovs make a bit of noise now too LOL Also shows the garage defend air guide I installed a while back. I'll get a proper catch can eventually!
  19. Figured a bit of an update was in order... Sent the GTR in to get the Galvsport touch towards the end of 2014, basics are: Garret -5s twins with all hot side pipe work ceramic coated (ported ex. manifolds, mines dumps & front pipe) Tomei Poncam Bs (260 / 260 @ 9.15mm) GReddy intake kit, but with K&N pods with custom joining pipework to get it sitting in a good spot. Vipec plug + flex fuel sensor + ecu controlled boost solenoid Walbro e85 fuel pump + ASNU 1100cc injectors + Nismo FPR Galvsport signature airconditioning restoration! Misc servicing and replacement of perished OEM hoses & wiring I've had the car back about 3 weeks now (thanks for opening up over xmas break Josh!) and it drives amazingly... certainly has renewed my love for the car! Aircon makes immensely more enjoyable to drive on hot days! With no noticeable loss in response from 34R+dialed in stock cams, but power band pushing well past were the old setup fell over, coming through corners I find I'm in the sweet spot of the powerband. As I said to Josh after the first proper drive "f**k she's quick!" Although the 98 tune is complete, the car still needs to go back in for a day to finish of the flex tune... something that couldn't be avoided due to xmas shutdown without being without the car a further 4-6 weeks. This also means there is more to come, which greatly excites me! I'm currently trying to touch up the car where she's got a bit rough over the years, fixing up interior further and cleaning up the engine bay with new bits and cleaning of the decades of grime. I don't have any new photos or dyno charts at the moment, but as no one likes walls of text, here's another pic from the Galvsport Barbagello Track day.
  20. Complete pipework kit from pods/airbox to plenum $650 Complete kit which includes the above mention IC pipework, polished oem twin turbo pipe & KTS intake pipe kit which bolts up to factory airbox... or pod kits if you so wish. (includes joiners, not pictured) Intake fitted to airbox (my car) or pods
