If you change the seal on the rear wiper, be careful because it's quite common to strip the thread on the wiper motor when removing the nut. Nissan want about $800 for a new rear wiper motor...

I've got a Walbro intake pump, and I'd recommend one. I think mine was fitted for just over $200.

Check your boot seal and also around the spoiler, these are two common places for leaks...
