  1. Yep they bolt straight up. Just remember to remove your original seatbelt buckle and put that on your R34 gtr seats before install.
  2. Sounds like i missed out on a big turn out.. I will definatly be out on the next one..even if it means i have to take my crappy r32..
  3. Well..i guess theres not much to talk about regarding F1 Gp. (drive car there, parks it, clean it, and admire ) LOL ..but if anything i could always come down to the Motorshow and talk to you and Ferah there.. But theres still 2 weeks so i'm sure we'll meet up somewhere before the event. Also got the Transformer car on board aswell as my friends Civic, so i will take care of everything on their behalf.
  4. Once again..not coming.. Too short notice for me. Can't really see the point of it being on a weekday. I could potentially get several other cars if it were on a friday or w.e though.. as myself and most of the guys i know work nights or early morning shifts and can't make it. Would be good if it was organised for everyone to meet and cruise down to the night-shift meet this Thursday.
  5. Bumpity bump.
  6. I think i remember seeing you before in Cairnlea. But you say your plates aren't CMY32 at the moment? It was a while back, but i'm pretty sure i remember you trying to race me on Cairnela drive/deer park. Although i can't remember if i was in my R32 or r33??
  7. TRANSCAR in (Coolaroo/Cambellfield/Broadmeadows area). I have used many panel shops before but Transcar is the Best panel shop i have been to.. bar none. Their quality and service is second to none.. Their attention to detail is astounding and literally no car will leave their shop doors in unsatisfactory condition. And they also do importing and performance work. Believe me go there and you won't be dissapointed... Transcar 7 Lisa Place Coolaroo 3048 (03) 9309-9930
  8. When you drive one day in day out with a racing seat, extremely stiff suspension, really hard short shifter, laggy n1 turbos, and a rough as guts gunmetal paint...believe me you'll grow to hate it. And i'd prefer my R33 over it anyday..but maybe coz i spent alot of money on it and only drive it once a fortnight? . Well it seems like i shoulda got off my lazy ass and came to this meet...but oh well..i'll be there on the next one. But would be good on a w.e as ppl gotta work and stuff.
  9. Yeah just got the fone call for this, but i'm too lazy to get out of my house, plus my R33 is at my bro's house and cbf going to get it.. i absolutely refuse to drive the r32 gtr , so uncomfortable and its one ugly bastard of a car.. ..maybe next time guys/girls.
  10. *Price drop $24,999 with 13 months rego* Must see this car to appreciate..car is flawless.. any inspections welcome.
  11. As you already know im from your area. There are a few r32 gtsts, driving around with SAU stickers aswell as this red R33 with heaps of stickers on it. Skylines seem more common than WRX's now, even more so than a corolla LOL.
  12. 'Fussier person' ey... I guess i'll take that as a compliment. Btw been abit busy so haven't had time to drop by..but will soon...its regarding a new crazy paint scheme i'm thinking of for the next car... Tai
  13. Yep only 1 official show in October. The other is just a outdoor 'show and shine display' at the F1, with much less show cars/cars, much less skanks, and much less 'Fully sik Hecktic hairstyles' Reason for Cabin doing this is because Autosalon has been dying down over the last few years, so their trying to make just one big show with more anticipation.
  14. You will be able to get the early models that are on sale in Japan now, but not the models that are going to be sold at the same time as Nissan will release in Australia. eg..early S15 models etc. I actually know of a few workshops that currently undergoing testing for SEVS approvals on this model. But at the moment they may only be bought in for Race purposes..
  15. I'm highly negotiable ppl.
  16. Happy birthday Kaz, wishing you all the best!. Tai
  17. Go for it mate. Don't worry what others say, at the end of the day its your car and you do it up to your own tastes. As for the 22's they will fit up not a problem as long as the offset is right and you stretch on some slightly undersized tyres on. And also it would be wise to get coilovers as they have smaller dimension than stock, and are stiffer so the car doesn't bounce and scrub. Tai
  18. Bump! Offers or swaps excepted.
  19. I'm after a Lancer evo 6-7. any condition. Don't want to spend more than 35k. And if possible one thats located in Melbourne. THanks
  20. Yep absolutely massive turnout! easy 100 cars there ( 50 of them skylines lol) , there were even cars parked all the way around the corner on the main rd! Great that there were no police/defect troubles.. but i its guess because everyone behaved themselves. Was a little disorganised with the line of cars waiting to run, which inevitable blocked my car from leaving at 10.30 pm. but overall great event. Tai
  21. I like the 5 zigens!
  22. Had a fair few in my 2 or so years of driving. I get bored easily..and always want something new. Toyota AE86 20v Sprinter. Nissan R33 gtst (black) Mitsubishi JDM Galant VR4 turbo. Nissan R34 Gt-t Nissan R33 gtst (candy red widebody)-(Candy Magenta Full GTR spec body) Nissan R32 Gtr Sold the first 3 cars in about a month or two of each other. Had the r34 gtt for about 2 weeks then went about building a r33 showcar Which i still own along with the GTR R32. But soon to get a r34 gtr or evo 8 or sumthing.
  23. Just read this thread. and i'm in the same scenario. I'm young and don't have kids.. and i currently own a 90' R32 GTR and 94' R33 gtst. Thinking about selling them both and starting fresh. What do you guys think i should get a R33 GTR or a EVO 7 Will mainly be used for daily driving. Keep your opinions rolling in!. Thanks
  24. Yep after many hours talking and brainstorming with (nuR.spec) i've decided on a R34 GTR. I'm no longer interested in the NSX as i just test drove one the other day, it was a real let down and in my opinion overrated. And can't really justify paying 60k for a 17 yr old car. So GTR it is.. now to try find one in red! Thanks for all your opinions ppl, much appreciated.
