Okay i think i found what wires go to what on the rb26 afm's as it seems they are the same as rb20/25 afm's. So was just wondering as the 26 afm has 2 ground wires (12v ground and a signal ground) can i run these 2 wires together and join it up to the one ground wire on the q45 AFM?.

Will do. I've looked on Magalla's site, and theres no info on what wires are what on the rb26 afm, only on rb25's. Just need to know what the 2 wires joined together are? are they just ground wires? while the other 2 being power and signal.

Well i've personally seen a q45 setup on a 370awkw gtr with power fc, aswell as one on a mates 180sx with 310kw. so i guess it depends.

Basically i've installed a single t04z on my rb26 and want to run a single 90mm Q45 afm along with my power FC. Have looked at some tutorials on here, but there mainly for Z32's. I've had a look at both the wires running to either afm. The factory rb26 afm has 4 wires, opposed to the q45 which has only 3. The rb26 afm has 2 wires separately and 2 wires that merge into a single casing (so it looks like 3 wires, but really 4). I've worked out what the 3 wires on the q45 plug are from (paul33 webpage) but unsure of which wires they connect to on the rb26 loom. So i was wondering if anyone knows how its done. or which wires go to where? and whats the extra wire for? I'm just going to parallel the 2 sets of rb26 afm's wires together and run it into one Q45 afm. Rb26 plug on left with 4 wires and q45 on right with 3 wires. Rb26 plug Q45 plug. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can't you just weld up the hole? Many of my friends have been defected for that and we jsut re route the cooler piping and weld up the hole and repaint it.

I would say around 18-20psi is a safe bet, but it really depends who built it with what internals etc.

I think it would be better if you posted this in the for sale section. And perhaps post some pics of the colours etc.

Hi Guys. Just need help in finding some 3.5" exhaust flanges in mild steel. Been to several so called 'exhaust shops' which don't have anything larger than 3" which is a concern. Can be in 2 bolt, 3 bolt, 4 bolt whatever as long as its 3.5 inch and in Mild steel or whatever thats weldable with a MIG welder. Any help would be appreciated, and would prefer if i can get hold of 2 by weeks end. Thanks

Hi i'm after one of these Round fuel filler cap things. Its to mould into my wide body rear guards. I've seen a few Sparco ones in the magazines, but not sure where to get them from. I'm after any brand, but preferably a good quality one. If anyone can point me in a direction in Aus where i can get one i'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Yeah i must say it seems the police are more lenient nowadays. I live in the western suburbs (St.Albans) And i used to drive my R33 showcar around all the time with no hassles , and it was bright pink on 20's. Aswell as my R32 GTR and only twice got pulled over in the city for license check and RBT. And thats doing over 500km's a week all over town for 2 years. I guess if your not doing anything wrong, and treat the officer politley as i did, you should be fine.
