Thats totally normal for a S3 Shan... Unfortunatlly thats about the best you can do with a CCD, Cmos is the next step in compact digital still cameras, coming next year... Already great examples in the current DSLR range of what a Cmos sensor can do... There is also new CMOS technoligy coming to DSLR, with a sensor that has a "gapless micro lens" over each individual diode... Currentlly on demonstration as the eyes of the Canon HV20 & HG10 HD Camcorders...

I never watermark mine... I feel really good when I see when off my pictures being used or printed, as long as they dont claim it as theirs otherwise then id have to break their legs... It happens more often then most think... I had photos published from Minijam which were then on sold to other mags... It happens, im just happy to share the moment...

"Burst mode" is what your looking for... Most cameras have burst, however its useless on compact DSC's as compacts are too slow... Entry level DSLR's can do 3.5 fps+ (frames per second) and thats what you need to show movement easily, 6fps+ is essential for high speed motorsport like drag, drift and circuit racing... Another fun shot to take at skid pan is a "pan" or "panning" shot; (These were done with a standard non image stabilised lens, so they are not the cleanest examples)

AFM sold

I just had a look see, Im not sure how many bolts there are ment to be but there are a number of them in the air box still rattling around. There is enough to bolt the thing in tho, but they could be one or two missing. The filter is new as in used for maby a few months. Looks pretty clean and has not been through its servicable life yet. Put it this way its more than good enough to see you through a few good times. Its not a genuine filter, its aftermarket, yellow in colour, looks like a ryco type replacement. Id suggest it was replaced when the car was complienced.

At the end of the day reguardless of if its bought here or over seas... Nissan Japan the parent company gets the money and that drives their share prices and hence they win... Its not like two blokes in a back shed are trying to rip off buyers with a "copy" car, so Nissan Australia will have little defence against grey imports. If they tried anything too serious Nissan Japan would spank the for turning the Nissan brand into mud in the Australian market. They can be as angry as they like, but little can be done to cease importing of these cars. All they will do in the process is dirty their own image within the already over crouded market. That is if this email/internal document is even true to begin with, as it sounds a little far fetched to me...
