Just had a read over the ad and thought i should clarify... there's not really any noticeable chips in the paintwork, its just that the above two photos were taken a few years ago and just after a respray, so the finish now is probably not quite as good as this. For now I'll chuck up a couple of crappy photos i took today with my phone, but I'll get my act together soon and take some with a good camera and after a wash.

I've not owned this car for long and it's the first skyline i've owned. Having previously owned a few rx's and an s13, which i absolutely loved, when it came time to buy a nice car again i initially had my mind set on an s15. Once i started looking around i soon realised that for the same price as an s15 i could have myself a much stronger R34 with plenty of mods already installed. The problem is, i now realise that the skyline is not actually what i want out of a car at the moment... ah hum (a bit of privacy here please)... "Skyline. Look, we've had some great times during the brief time we've been together. But this is just not gonna last. You're great... It's not you... it's me (sigh)". So... who want's to take advantage of this car on the rebound? When i get my act together i'll try and take some pics of her, but until then i'll post some ones from a few years ago (previous owner). The paint now has some small chips, etc (nothing really noticeable - these were taken after fresh respray), The wheels in these pictures are slightly different (my ones look much nicer), and also i've removed the rear spoiler (tape over holes - can re-install if desired). Oh, it doesn't have the red S on the grille.

Will consider offers over $13k as is. The clutch will need replacing. It is still driveable but slips when under load. Will also consider offers over $12k as above but without the rims. I will put the stockies on.

Still here

I took the car to Heathcote yesterday. It was my first time down the quarter, but it wasn't the best introduction. I had alot of trouble with my clutch, with it either slipping badly or just not letting me get in or out of gears. Anyway, there were 2-3 runs where the clutch didn't stuff up too badly and i managed to run a [email protected], which i thought was alright considering. Another run I ran a [email protected] and my best 60ft was 1.75sec. I hope that with a new clutch and a bit more practice i could achieve a high 11. So, I'll be replacing the clutch.

I went for a bit of a spin on Friday which was the first time i'd driven it for a while. I forgot how well this car goes. Spins those 245's through first and second without effort.

Nothing's wrong with it! Would benefit from a bit of a tune up (and more boost), but still runs well as is (minor idling issues). Engine's about 17000kms old. Still runs strong. Haven't taken it down the 1/4 mile but I would guess 12's as is. Potential for 11's.

C'mon! Very quick and neat car. Suit show, strip, track, street. Made the Go-to-whoa finals at last years Springnats. Try something different!
