Hey, I've got the stock body kit on my R33 S1 1993 but I am looking at buying a custom body kit for it in a few months hopefully 3-4. I was wondering how much rougly I would be looking at to get it painted (Gunmetal Grey). Also, how much do you think I would rougly get for the bodykit that is currently on the car the stock one, very good condition also. Thanks - R33 MidnightRacer

Well the re-build is going to cost around $5000 - I don't want to spend a great deal more - but anything that isn't going to cost a great deal I'll see if I can do it. But, everything will be checked when the engine gets removed from the car, so when it is finished it should be running pretty well. How much would n1 oil pump and cams cost roughly SECUR1TY? One of my mates had a GTR Front Bar that he wants to get rid of at some stage, I am thinking about buying it but what do you guys think about it? Would it look a bit weird with just a GTR Front Bar with the stock sideskirts? It would have to be painted if I do get it but I'm not too sure. My R33 should be going into the workshop tomorrow to start getting the engine rebuilt, I'll be getting a few things that need to be done to it, these include: Forged Pistons Bearings Rings Blueprinted Machined Metal Headgasket Is there anything else that I should be doing while the engine is out and getting rebuilt? Any ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated. The rest of the car is just about stock besides: Pod Fillter Exhaust Sound System Boost Control (Running Standerd 7psi) - R33 MidnightRacer

Thanks for the warm welcome Anna I'll surely enjoy my stay here been roaming around for a couple of weeks, all seem like great people! Will be around a bit more once I get my car back on the road and a new Computer though, the motherboard in mine died so I'm thinking about just building a new one once I get the Skyline fixed. Yeah, thats true since there are so many Skylines going around these days - best thing is to be diffrent to everyone else, only way your car will stand out. Red wouldn't be bad but thinking about what you said that red would be too common ..I'm leaning towards a blue or something but even then a few cars probably have a blue block.

Hey Guys, I'll be doing some work to my engine over the next couple of months, it needs new oversized pistons etc, so just going to do a bit more while the engine is out but I wanted to paint the block but I'm not too sure what color. The car itself is a R33 Nissan Skyline GTS-T and it's Gunmetal Grey ..what color do you guys think would suit the actual engine block? - R33MidnightRacer

Bought my first Skyline (1993 R33 GTS-T) under a month ago ...already in the workshop needs a few things fixed, but while its there going to get some engine work done, can't wait till it's out though.
