Hey ladz, i have just bought a Greddy PROFEC B 2 Electronic Boost Controller, and im now gonna ditch my good old Turbosmart Bleed Valve type Boost Controller... seen as though my Turbosmart one is already installed, does that mean i can just replace that Turbosmart gate with the Profec 2 Soleniod and use all the existing connections? if so this means i can simply take out the Turbosmart one and just put the Profec Soleniod in its place and use all the existing tubing.... correct or incorrect? any advice much appreciated.. Hey ladz, i depseratly need an EBC... i have a boost controller now but it is only a bleed valve type setup... and is far to inaccurate for what i need to do... not to mention the boost spikes everywhere.. so if anyone has an ELECTRONIC BOOST CONTROLLER they would like to get rid of, please let me know by PM, post reply or by email: [email protected] if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. ok, obviously you are a fan of the Mobil 1, but can you explain the difference in the two products: The Mobil1 in the SILVER 5 ltr "Jug" is $54.99 approx for 5 ltrs the Mobil1 with "SUPER SYN" in the GOLD 5 ltr "Jug" is $74.99 for 5 ltrs approx.... what is better about the GOLD Mobil1 with "SUPER SYN" compared to the normal Mobil1? yes very true, This Penrite 5 Fully Synthetic oil appears to be unbeleivabley well performing... it is the only oil in my mind now, im going to flush out all my old shit Mobil 1 and replace it with a half decent oil....PENRITE 5 Fully Synthetic anyone else seen this testing carried out by "Street Commodores"....? F*CK ALL THE OTHER OILS..... PENRITE 5 FULLY SYNTHETIC 5w/60 This oil out performed all other oils in a comprehensive test carried out by "Street Commodores" including all Motuls, Mobil 1 as well as all Castrols and Valvolines etc... this oil came out on top with "Royal Purple" coming out second best... anyone used or know anything about this oil... this is the one im getting now, all the others are very very poor in comparasin to this oil as the test showed. what are your thoughts...... look at the pic for the oil in question Beef penrite.bmp

yeah... in dribs and drabs.... ok so i have done some major research and i have re-thought my options: 1. Mobil 1 10w/30 2. Motul 4100 Turbo Light 10w/40 Semi-Synthetic 3. Motul 300V 4T Sport 10w/40 Fully Synthetic My car is a 1994 R33 Skyline with 126,000kms on it with a rebuild performed around the 80,000kms mark.... so its only done approx 46,000kms on the rebuilt engine... which one is best suited for me. please help me out and give me your advice, it would be much appreciated. if you want to check what the 2 Motul oils i have chosen go here: http://www.motul.com.au/product_line_up/4s.../4stroke01.html

HEY LADS, I HAVE NARROWED MY OIL SELECTION DOWN TO 3: MOBIL 1 5W/50 MOTUL 300V MOTUL 8100 5W/40 my car is a 1994 R33 GTST, 126,000kms, manual. which would be the best reccommended oil for my application.... up to now i have used MOBIL 1 but maybe its time for a change... which is the best of these 3 for my car? Also if i switch oils from Mobil 1 to Motul 300V or Motul 8100 5w/40 will i have to perform an engine flush to get rid of all remeins of Mobil 1? any advice appreciated. Beef

hey lads, i went to check the timing on my R33 skyline today and i was a bit struck by what exactly to clip the timing light onto? the number 1 spark lead is under the cover and i cant get to it.... without taking off my intercooler pipes and all matter of gear.... is there anywhere else i can clip the timing light onto or does it have to be done and checked by a computer? anyway advice would be greatly appreciated.
