  1. They have some strange meta data. I was able to repair them on my Mac.
  2. Hi Dave and welcome! The non imports are Infiniti and the Nissan counter parts are imports. The Nissans are generally cheaper but come with their own (unsupported) problems. Nissan Aus won't be able to help with much. There's a few folks on here with them, hopefully they can help you more. 👍
  3. I saw this pop up on YT also. Well done!
  4. Had a productive weekend. Replaced both front hub assemblies. The noise in the cabin is so much quieter now. I have only one corner left to replace now. Its another press in but on the non exhaust side so will be a bit easier than the other rear. Also fit my M Performance alcantara steering wheel trim. It was an impulse buy (and pretty cheap ~$140 delivered) but man I love it. Going to get to Pheasant Wood before the end of the month.
  5. Looks like a great event! I found myself gawking at the Cefiro more than anything else!! 🤣
  6. Paying the price for the knock off market perhaps? https://www.drive.com.au/news/recaro-seats-bankrupt-bbs-wheels-insolvent/
  7. Do you want to borrow it? I don't mind sending it to you. It doesn't get *that* much use! 🙄
  8. Woops, thought the pic was of your model but it doesn't appear to be. Ignore my last sentence.
  9. I bought the Noco GB40 (1000A) forever ago but it just lacked enough power to start our X5 (diesel 3L straight 6) but could do a few good attempts at my 335i. Then I upgraded recently to the GB50 which is 1500 Amp. Its proper capable of starting either of my cars now. The little one will be fine in my daughters XV I think though so not totally wasted. I'm surprised yours doesn't work if it is truly 2000 Amp!
  10. Yep! Not many though.
  11. This might help identify the RB25 you have;
  12. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I guess this doesn't seem *too* bad.
  13. Dang. What would that be worth there?
  14. Haven't tried it yet but I do love ACC. https://www.thesimgrid.com/seasons
  15. Yeah, this. Perfectly explained. I will consider poly for the diff also but that's not for now. Maybe when I take it out to put the LSD in. Nothing really has been done with bushes at all on the car. I'll be dealing with them bit by bit as I feel they need attention.
  16. I think you may have misunderstood a little. The rear subframes on E90s will move/squirm under hard acceleration because they have such soft bushes. This isn't like getting the arse out, or even anything really to do with traction, I have no problems with the traction. Its a stability thing and a known weakness as the newer 3 series has solid bushes.
  17. Yep, that was my understanding. What I'm trying to fix is the lateral movement under acceleration.
  18. The rubber bushes for the E90 are just not strong enough. Even with a moderate power gain the rear is loose and squirmy under power. There are OEM M3 bushes but the consensus is that these are also not a big enough improvement. There'll be almost no increase in NVH with poly and the rear will be much tighter. In terms of stiffness of ride, this wont change at all I don't think, it will simply allow the suspension to do what its supposed to do rather than allowing the movement in the bushes to get in the way. I'm really looking forward to it, but front bearings first!
  19. Yeah, we have a few filters too, the main one is the 4 stage I use for the aquarium water (yes, it gets better water than the people in the house). I'm always shocked when doing my 12 monthly replacements.
  20. Welcome! I love the wagons. Any pics? What do you have planned?
