OH, and mine was about 12hrs after i bought it... Had to get a taxi home and tell my wife what I did to my GTR.

Very similar circumstances, but mine lasted 5 mins of normal driving after before the clunking started.

Looks great and I love 'rescue' builds. This car could well have just died somewhere and left to rot, while the old owner may have a little to explain, you still saved this GTR and it's still on the road because of you. For rust, on my old R33's it was always in the wheel wells and the corner of the guards (the flat angled bits near the tyres) - in Japan, they lay salt on snow to melt it. The salt then gets picked up by tyres and splashed around inside the guards. I'd assume chassis around the wheels also. Looking forward to the updates!

FWIW, SAU has no power over this. I can PM him and ask him to take the return but if he doesn't do it, we have nothing more we can do.

Ok, so, because of the nature of these complaints, I always have to play devil's advocate. So, believe me when I say I am not taking any sides. I have a single question - Do you have evidence of the seller confirming to you that they are genuine ID and not Bosch? We have a no-editing policy in the classifieds for this reason, people can't change what they've advertised. So, in the thread, I see; * gm747 offering ID2000 injectors - "Also have id2000 injector $500" - I do note that the user offers ID2000. * The question from R32GOJIRA "Are they genuine IDs?" goes unanswered. * I see nothing else confirming / denying or questioning the authenticity of the injectors. With that in mind, can you show me explicitly where the user confirms they are genuine ID?
