For the record, I'm watching this thread and I'm happy for the discussions to continue provided it's handled maturely. That means; No name calling / flaming No bullshit / lies No stories relating to mates / relo's - if *you* have an issue, speak up. If somebody else does - let them speak up. The second we start getting personal or slanderous we start on a slippery slope that goes backwards in productivity. Brad, while I'm aware that these kind of threads can cause panic within a business, handling issues like these out in the open with nothing to hide and with the folks that have supported you will go a long way to repairing any damage.
