I have just removed the app and reinstalled on Android and I'm posting this from it. I made some changes to server config which I think may have helped.

Very odd wheels for any JDM. Looks like wheels you'd get on a Cosworth or something. Might be worth making sure they have the right size hub or they may add additional stress to the lug nuts.

Hard to tell from the pics but they look like gravel; that makes me think they've been churned up by something. Any noises from the engine? Did you do the last oil change?
