I would also be concerned about the durability cause a stealth black intercooler with stonechips/flaking paint will look very shit house and cheap. Would a black mesh insert over the intercooler be a better option and also guard against said stone chips?

Im looking around for an aftermarket ecu at the moment. PowerFC does look very nice and im tempted to try find one, but what competition is there: Im planning to build up a street car for occasional track use so it needs to be able to run all of the nice stuff the factory ECU runs + A bigger turbo + supporting mods and it has to be smooth and return good fuel economy. I know a lot is in the tune but im guessing a lot is also in how good the system is as well. What other options are there?

I WILL say that i take this with a grain of salt - Although, I have had a very bad experience with the NSW Police which i wish to keep private, but it involved serious police incompetence and also 2 police who were standing side by side tending completely different, contradicting statments to court. I think that our federal government needs to stand up and do something about this crap because our police force are under-educated, stupid and useless. I was referring to the analogue to digital converter chip that would allow the XBOX to display video on a digital panel via DVI-D or HDMI (ie DIGITAL SIGNAL). EG Plasma, LCD or Projector. The XBOX does not have the capability to transmit digital video from its display port. This is a major screw up for M$. Hopefully they will resolve this in the next revision as it is quite simple and very cheap (like maybe 15-20c) to buy this component wholesale and design it into the motherboard of the system. As I understand it and i may be corrected but the XBOX can only do component, composite or VGA video. BTW mate there is no thing as a chip that modifies the resolution (upscaler) I was refering to this as encoding the signal from the GPU to DVI/HDMI These numbers refer to resolution: (1080P = 1920*1080, 720P = 1280*720) You dont want to screw around with interlacing as it is half of the progreessive scans resolution and looks shit house. My mate Junkers got an Xbox360 for Christmas and less than a week later it blew up. Red lights on the front, it was completely Brickified. M$ are going to replace the unit so we will have to see what they have done to resolve the issue which appears to be heat related. From the new Xbox is going to have a die shrink on the IBM PPC Cpu from 90nm to 65nm this will aid in cooling. It is exactly the same wafer and has the same features. It is still up in the air as to whether the official 2nd gen Xbox will have the digital compositor chip to send a Digital (DVI or HDMI) signal to a display. Currently the Xbox cannot output a digital signal as it does not have the chip that translates and upscales the video. In this sense the PS3 is much more advanced as it DOES have HDMI/DVI output. Since Micro$oft has not officially given any details other than the die shrink on the CPU we will have to wait and see what sort of rabbit they pull out of the hat.

I have had a few beers. Will this help make my car sound more like a jet taking off. Will this also help my car take off liek a jet? I have had the sender replaced in my 33 but I still find that the gauge is inaccurate and fluctuates quite a bit. With the empty light on for about 20km and freaking out about running out of fuel i discovered that I had about 15 litres left in the tank.

I think the issue is with HOW the authorities are going about regulating and stopping this sort of anti social behavior. Do they even look at existing legislation before adding new laws or are they just on a never ending quest with the media for ratings and statistics. Here is a simple solution. DRIVER EDUCATION. Its pretty simple. You EDUCATE young drivers and TEACH them how to drive. Put them on a skidpan and show then how shit their Hairdresser wang cars actually are then they wont feel the need to live life a quater mile at a time. Sure it wont be free, but on a cost to benefit ratio it would definitely break even.
