I Use Kendall full mineral oil in my R33. 20W50 in Summer and 10W40 in Winter. The stuff is absolutely fantastic. It basically stops engine wear and has the same if not better properties as synthetic oil including burn point.

That car has some phenomenal braking power. Dirk takes it from about 250 to about 100 to go through the hairpin in a few seconds. If anyone else wants it let me know. Ill probably seed it for at least another week. You should be able to get at least 30-50 KB/s off me.

Hi Guys, Found this awesome documentary which includes in car footage of the Top Secret GTR doing a 0-300 run on Japanese Streets and a hot lap of the Nurnburgring in a Pro Spec R34 GTR (MY BAD NOT A Z TUNE) with Dirk Schoysman who set the original production car lap record in the R32 GTR. Well worth the download. There are not a lot of seeds but I will be seeding the torrent on a 1mb upstream connection in Sydney so you will get a decent throughput. I am on my green P plates in NSW and since I held my license before the restrictions came in I am exempt. It was sure funny driving around with red P's on for a few months in the GTST It would be worth checking out if you are in the same situation, if you got your license before the restrictions came into place. The RTA or VIC Roads should be able to answer that one for you mate. Don't ask a Copper because most are weak dickhe**s who will tell you shit just to bait you. I have a Subary Liberty that has 290K on the clock and cops more abuse than Germain Greer but it is a piece of crap... Seen one same year 1989 with 680k on the stock engine. Most taxis go around the clock too and Ill bet in Japan the Jap taxis do the same. Running RB series engines. In Nissan Skylines. So im pretty sure that it is a damn reliable engine. Hehe, my old race mechanic had a 302 Windsor V8 putting out about 400hp under the bonnet of a 1976 264 Volvo. Supra 5 speed and a Jag indie rear suspention set up. That was the most insane fun car to drive in cause it came out of nowhere and you could leave it parked anywhere with the keys in the ignition n no one would take it. Well there are bout 10000000 white R33 Gtsts floating around syd so it would be pretty cool to have a stocko stealth car that would shread anything!

You dont really need an aussie car at all. You need 2 jap cars. A 1HZ 80Series Landcruiser to get dirty in the bush, and a Skyline to get dirty in the city. This is Skylines Australia yeah? I was planning on making my car a Sunday special after a few years of daily driving. Other than custom engine mounts and custom gearbox bell housing would it be to hard to bolt everything else up or is there more shit to worry about? That is to say that the 2JZ is out of a front cut and running a custom ECU with all other components in working order? That aside how much fun would a stock looking 25T be with an 800HP 2JZ under the bonnet! Did anyone say stealth

How difficult would it be to engineer a 2JZ into a 33 GTS rolling shell. I was looking at sinking at least 10-15K into my RB25 but now you put ideas in my head...

Hey Mad, Im looking at an Emanage Ultimate in my Manual 33 for pretty much the same reasons. Still have to do some more research but i reckon it will interface quite nicely with my planned carpc. I read somewhere that it can take live readings from a wideband 02 sensor and self tune. Does anyone know about this?

Yeah V8Supercars is lame and for Bogans. Bring back the GTR's and the Euro Touring cars. That provided for some very interesting racing. Its a pity that the rules were changed so that no one could see how much proper racing cars destroyed family sedans. LOL.. Who said that
