*slaps forehead* J/kidding... It goes from the rear of the turbo to the catalytic converter.... its all part of the exhaust... I used to have a jjr (x-force) one back before I threw 11ty $$ at my car.... some bolt straight up... some don't.... Mine was easy to bolt up, a mates had to be shaved a lil.... others are a nightmare..... ie bolt holes not lining up.... keep a drill on standby This was over a year ago now.. the design might have changed???? Make sure your cat is flanged at the front before pulling it all apart..... and if possible an o2 socket or alot of wd40 overnight to remove the o2 sensor..... Seeing as it seems you haven't done this before, might pay to have an experienced friend give you a hand....
