I know this has been asked a thousand times but havnt got a straight answer from previous discussions, will an rb26 alternator fit my rb25 neo? and if so how much should they go for reconditioned? ----------------remember smoke tyres not drugs-----------------

sorry dude definate downgrade as col-gtsx sais as nice as a gtr sounds r32 are a bit to old an r33 gtr would be a wise value money decision even better stick with r34 and go the gtr can pick them up $55000 on the road, why not spoil yourself. ------------------remember smoke tyres not drugs-----------------

nice work r34-gtt not that hard once you get it off and see whats going on under there. have my speakers in as well and just fitted the components box and tweeters to the back shelf as well so i'll post pics when it's all back together. -------------------remember smoke tyres not drugs---------------

it's pretty stiff in there you also have to bend it in the middle cause the edges go underneath the side of the car. there could be one more white clip on the right hand side in the boot near the middle

directly underneath the speakers in the boot there should be a lot of holes in the sheetmetal i'm not sure what ones but there should be four on each side that go th the screws, really hard to see that's why i pulled the whole parcel shelf out it's much easier, there should be two blue clips in the boot and three inside the car behind the rear headrest plus you have to take the 3 bolts out that are for the baby harness points to get the shelf out. hope that helps

just took the whole rear parcel shelf out so could get to speakers then found that the plastic cover over speakers has srews holding them on which you can access through some holes through the boot below the shelf, would of been handy to be able to see them first up, the shelf just clips through to the boot and also under the overlap behind rear seats, also to get my clarions in had to drill out the existing holes to fit new configuration. i mean really it's not that hard if ya think about it hoo hah ( except for all the swearing) ----------------remember smoke tyres not drugs--------------

Has anyone installed 6" component speakers in a R34, i am currently doing my whole new system and decided to put the components in the back as there is no room up the front for all the parts, does anyone have pics of work they have done or had done? Also nissan have made a damn good car except the fact that i haven't stopped swearing since i started this project cause nothing lines up with the stock system. -----------------remember smoke tyres not drugs-----------------

if anyone can give suggestions for my r34 that would be great, driving home last night put on high beams and car almost stalled due to massive loss of power quickly turned high beams off and was ok, testing this morning watching the elec gauge in cabin and when turn lights on volts dip by about 2 and when high beam volts dip by about 4-5, changed battery to no affect, could it be the alternator and if so does anyone know of a good reconditioning place in newcastle? --------------remember to smoke tyres not drugs---------------------

i put a apexi dual funnel pod filter on a couple of weeks ago and it's very simple, unclamp the afm and remove the old air box, male sure not to stick anything through your afm as that tends to root them, simply clamp pod on to the afm, if you got a bracket like mine it will need a bit of a bend put in it you will see where when you do it. ------------remember smoke tyres not drugs-----------------

that figure of about 154kw is right for a stock r34, who said you should be running 12.7? it could be a timing problem especially since it's over a big rev range.

For $4000 you should get at least twin dump pipe into hi flow cat with fulll stainless exhaust, pod filter with heat shield and a front mount, that will probably be at the turbos limit so If you have change try www.greenline.jp for some cheap goodies, pretty anything you need. ------------- remember kids smoke tyres not drugs ------------------

what kit is it man there's like 45 to choose from, from 4 channel remotes with 11lb solenoids to 18 channel with 50 lb solenoids.

Does anyone know where to find the english installation manual to suit an r34 gtt for the hks speed limit defencer mine came with japanese instructions?
