  1. Never have had.
  2. You mean SR16VE think. And was it this car previously? http://forum.jdmstyletuning.com/showthread.php?22685-vzr-goodness... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/329690-nissan-pulsar-vzr-melb/
  3. They're good!
  4. lol @ it being parked in skid marks
  5. No bites complete? You'll always make more money returning it to stock, it's just a lot more time consuming. Took me a year to strip my car, over a year to sell everything.
  6. One phrase that doesn't belong in a car modders vocabulary. I said I'd never mod my R34 and I didn't...had another money pit to concentrate on.
  7. I'll probably see it around then, that's where my mum lives and I'm not super far away. Knox/Lilydale highway patrol are gonna love him
  8. I was in SA, so no. By SApol
  9. I got done 30km's over the VIC-SA border (SA side) while I was overtaking. They saw VIC plates and came after me.
  10. Ate too much.
  11. Or you have a slow leak. Check the pressure again tomorrow.
  12. Indeed it is, I had it pointed out to me too.
  13. WRC Blue Mica - the Subaru exclusive colour (the Toyota twins exclusive colour is Orange.) IMO the best colour of the lot, I wasn't set on any other colours. Re: my Skyline, it was hard for a number of reasons; *Auto *Turbo *4 Door *Highish (but genuine) km's Limited my market considerably because most people want manual coupes with 'low kms' and a P Plater can't drive turbo. The first person to come and see it (after 4.5 months for sale) just lowballed me even though the car was as described and they had nothing to pick on. Second person brought all his mates, I let him test drive and he bought it. It was a good car, it just had to sell eventually. Frustrating thing was having 3x regos and 3x comprehensive insurances at once...
  14. You know I find that incredible. Thought for sure it'd be riced up since a P Plater bought it (25-year old P Plater but still, naughty boy owning a turbo on P's.) I wasn't going to argue, got the price I wanted for it and after 6 months for sale I was almost paying someone to take it!
  15. I didn't order the minute the were released so I was prepared for the wait. Took one for a test drive in August, loved it, came home and ordered
  16. There's not been any details released as yet. I've already added the rear diffuser to my order, so out of that list I think I'd add the 'Front Under Spoiler'/front diffuser, 'Side Under Spoiler'/side skirts, and 'boot lip spoiler' as they become available. I love factory parts. Wheels, coilovers and braces I'll go aftermarket.
  17. Approx. August 2013
  18. It certainly wouldn't be coming to Australia next year even if for some reason that article were true, so he doesn't have much to worry about. The BRZ coordinator said there's no plans for a different model next year, they're just releasing STI parts to add on. None are engine related. See here: http://subaru.com.au/news/subaru-brz-takes-aims
  19. Nothing but free daytime TV at the one I go to *le sigh*
  20. I do find just having someone there keeps you more alert though. I've never had a passenger for any of the trips and sometimes it's got a little scary on the way back.
  21. I wish Valium knocked me out, little to no effect. Benzodiazepam-based sleeping tablets don't work on me - I've taken 4 in one day after 3 days of no sleep - no effect. I ended up walking around Times Square New York at 4am eating Pizza after taking them lol. Stilnox on the other hand - miracle worker. It knocks me out cold. I've managed to make the packet of 14 (they limit supply massively) last probably a good 4-5 months, just getting to the end now. Had to take one last night as I had my usual Sunday night unable to sleep after two long sleeps in a row. The only side effects I get are a very dull headache all day - like I've had all today. Panadol gets rid of that. Melatonin usually gets me by during the week, and then I take a break and sleep without it Friday/Saturday as my body knows there's generally nothing to wake up for/be anxious about the next morning.
  22. I tend to get more dreams on them too, or at least, dreams I wake up and remember.
  23. I like my BankWest Breeze Mastercard - low interest and 5% cashback on all 'daily living purchases' such as Coles, Shell, etc. some months I get ~$50 cash for just using my credit card although I'm not sure they're offering that deal anymore to new users: http://www.bankwest.com.au/personal/credit-cards/compare-credit-cards/breeze-mastercard-low-rate-credit-cards Never paid a cent of interest as I always pay it back before the due date
  24. I'd done Melbourne to Adelaide twice in my Pulsar. The longest drive I've done though was Melbourne to Wagga Wagga and back in one day (1000km round trip) in my R34. Pretty rubbish fuel economy but otherwise handled the task pretty well. I don't think the car is the biggest factor in a long drive, I've never had cruise control. I find staying alert when you're driving alone the hardest thing, no such issues with a passenger talking and keeping your brain active and alert. I stupidly only stopped once on my solo trip back from Adelaide and I was hallucinating from tiredness and staring at the road for so long. Could have ended badly.
  25. Knobhead P Plater in a black R34 N/A coupe speeding into the enterance to the Mountain High shops in Bayswater. Not sure who he thought he was impressing.
