I don't think mechanical boost gauges are illegal? Mechanic oil and water temp certainly are, hot fluids entering the cabin are a massive no no.

Bayside Blue R34 GT-R, gold with silver dish rims (couldn't tell model from afar), t-wing and plates 'VSPEC' on Canterbury Road in Bayswater at about 8:15am this morning. Looked tidy.

I saw one cop car on Hoddle Street on Saturday night with lights flashing warning of the fixed speed camera. Otherwise it's been dead quiet around here.

White R34 25GT sedan with P Plates in the Docklands multi-level carpark last night, a dark blue one parked outside on the street. Grey R34 coupe with metal wing stands near that LAN place on Victoria Parade and a white R33 sedan also on Victoria Parade around the same spot. The 'blitz' didn't seem to affect the number of Skylines out and about.

Depends on the import. I drive an import and definitely drive with no fear. My car couldn't pull the frock off a nun.

^yes, the JDM Navi unit says hi, tells me that date, etc. and on signifcant days such as Christmas, New Years, etc. it says those few words in English. Unfortunately in my button mashing to turn off the navigation (which obviously doesn't work I'm Aus) I've disabled it's daily speaking to me -
