  1. Oh cool, that's really easy then.
  2. I'm also curious, been meaning to go.
  3. Grey R34 GT-T Sedan, lowered on stockies, massive Nismo windscreen banner parked at Burntbridge Shopping Centre at about 10:30am this morning.
  4. So so so so close. Pedals are all mounted, shifter & linkages are in, engine bays entirely back together, master cylinder is mounted. What has caught me by surprise is that I need a new front pipe (dump pipe to cat.) It seems when they made my 3" exhaust when the car was auto it was made to sit a lot closer to the body, now the shifter linkages are in the way. Getting the mechanics to organise the exhaust with their local exhaust guy so they can drive it down. It'll be a very noisy and defectable drive to the exhaust shop with no exhaust  Hoping to have room to add a flex on that pipe before the cat because it's never had a flex and it really needs one. Perfect opportunity/excuse. Only things really left to do are to source the pin for between the clutch pedal and master cylinder from a wrecker on the weekend, run the hard lines, fill the gearbox with fluid, put the interior back together, service the car, exhaust then when everything is worn in nicely onto the dyno for a much needed tune.
  5. So now might not be a good time to drive from my mechanic to an exhaust shop with no exhaust? hehe
  6. His 'bits' hey?
  7. WAIT...WUT?

  11. I was followed twice today. Still yet to be pulled over in the two years I've had the car and I drive a hell of a lot.
  12. Item Description: JDM N14 Pulsar GTi SR18DE Auto Transmission with VLSD, rebuilt completely from scratch: Custom Valve Body Custom Heavy Duty Clutch Packs and Hubs Custom Heavy Duty Band and Drum 12mm wider than standard Custom Torque Converter with Heavy Duty Lock Up Clutch and Roller Bearings Custom machined Servo Assembly Trans Go SR18DE Sentra Shift Kit I spent 3 years and more money than I can bare to describe on the development of this transmission. It will come with both VLSD driveshafts (very rare), one is almost brand new. It will also be supplied with both gearbox mounts and brackets which are different to locally-delivered items. Location: Croydon, VIC, Australia. Website: N/A Item Condition: Worked well the last time it was driven with (approx. 2 months ago.) See extra info. Reason for selling: Abandoned project. Unsuitable for application and going manual. Price and price conditions: $1500 ono. Will freight at buyer's expense. Extra Info: Unsuitable for high power/high torque turbo applications without more development. Should more than cope with high power N/A and stock power/stock torque turbo applications. It had no issues with a stock SR20DET behind it for approx. 20,000km's of street driving. I would suggest inspecting the transmission before installation for wear. It has done approx. 1500km since it was last rebuilt, however it was having issues with slipping due to heat. Also, please don't insult my intelligence with low-ball offers. The transmission, driveshafts and mounts alone are worth what I am asking (stock), let alone more than $10,000 I spent on development. I can get pictures for anyone genuinely interested, otherwise it looks like an automatic transmission.
  13. Any luck Ryan?

No, not in so many words. You didn't swear. But the general gist was there. I was very surprised that you didn't even hesitate before messaging Tomi and telling him to take his business elsewhere when he wasn't even involved. I was also very surprised and as you can imagine quite angry after you of all people know how I've been taken for a ride by other people in the industry... I was well aware you'd see this thread too. I've been very civil about this. You said that to me "when you got a new spray booth." I was unhappy the day I drove my car away, that was the start of 2007. Edit: on second thoughts, no details. You and I both know them. Could you send my pearl to me this week as you promised? As I will need it. I'll also need the paint code for the black on my bonnet as I will have to fix that at my own cost seeing as a large amount of the paint on the underside of the bonnet is missing, the way it was given back to me.
