  1. Good to hear everything worked out for the best
  2. I was tempted to report the Excel that pissed out smoke and the Red P Plater that was too busy texting to move off on a green light but I forgot the number plates by the time I got home.
  3. The panels look wafer-thin. I saw a demo model in Knox shopping center and it was riddled in door dings already...
  4. Sweet, I'll shoot you a message closer to then
  5. Hey I won a power trophy at Autosalon too! (nevermind the fact I was only one of two cars in the class)
  6. Are you free next weekend? If so I'll shoot you an SMS.
  7. But what if we want curry?
  8. Back. The doors just have stickers cut to size and shape in place. There's no removable trim on the doors. (photos from a couple of years ago, they look horrible now)
  9. That's a very good question...I'm not sure I can. Back in a sec.
  10. hahahahahahahahaha, Jamie's fringe strikes again!
  11. Charles - would you be interested in doing the pillars on my 4-door? The original carbon fibre stickers that came on it have been peeling/scratching off since I bought the car and they look really ratty.
  12. Please don't ever mention that car again
  13. haha, as embarrassing as it is we've all been there...done that
  14. I just remembered. It was 'Hi-Octane'. I went to a few of those CCC and Beastclub cruises (normally only for the meetup.) The Pulsar used to look a little out of place haha yeah. Also used to meet-up at Bayswater Bunnings. The big Ozcruise cruise in 2005/2006 (struggling to remember) that left from The Stamford had about 250-300 cars and we invited the police along. Pettet was there, we got photos with him and his patrol car. They drove with us the whole time and not a single modified car was given any hassle. Those were the days.
  15. Sort of stock. Front and rear calipers and disks upgraded to SSS items (single piston, but a fair amount bigger.) The car came with a drum brake rear end and piddly little front calipers stock. It could do with better brakes but they still pull it up okay (even from 200kmp/h+) and I have other priorities. Arse Poles stop cars very quickly, much more effective than 8-Pots
  16. errrr
  17. hehe, I knew about MCCR but never joined. I was part of Ozcruise while that was still going, same sort of thing but smaller. The name is escaping me but who was the huge cruise club that used to take off from Doncaster Autobarn?
  18. Fun. It's not nearly as hard to control as you might imagine, stopping is the hard part.
  19. I sensed sarcasm in Birds post. No, it doesn't make it okay. It's racist no matter whose mouth it's coming out of.
  20. It's not really as clean as it looks. It was just a really attractive price at the time.
  21. hehe. I'm in a similar situation but not. I've had my Pulsar for 7 years. Done a bit less than 10,000kms per year as it spends most of it's life off the road. I've broken well...EVERYTHING. Should be making 200-210fwkw with the manual behind it. Bit of an increase over the 50fwkw it had stock.
  22. ***SOLD - Pending Payment.***
  23. I sort of did that with my Skyline off J-spec. I wasn't even looking for another car at the time hehe
  24. Exactly. I'll happily report an extreme case where someone has/is likely to endanger someone else's life. I wouldn't ever report something minor. How would you feel if you spotted a drunk driver swerving on the wrong side of the road, decided it wasn't your place to report it and then end up hearing that half an hour later they had a head-on with a car packed with a family? You'd feel pretty f*cking shit I'd imagine. Some of us are born with a conscience.
  25. I might be in the Pulsar failing at manual driving by then!
