  1. The easiest accommodation for Winton is Benalla (about 5 minutes away), the place I stay at has plenty of off-street parking.
  2. Is in +1
  3. Sounds good
  4. I certainly prefer a weekend too.
  5. I realise, but he can't suit everyone and never will. Unless he just wants to organise it around when you can make it. You see my point yeah?

    Car Impounded

Then make it a point to learn. You really shouldn't have a license in Victoria if you can't do something in the city which is reasonably essential to know. I'm sorry, but a hook turn is a very easy concept.
  7. Well then don't, set a date and the people that can make it will /is interested
  8. Silver V35 coupe, plates 'LEITH' On Mt Dandenong Road crossing Dorset Road at about 11:20am today. Gorgeous white M35 Stagea, large multi-spoke rims on Kimberley Drive in Chirnside Park at about 12:20pm today. Seen it around a fair bit now.
  9. Not this place. Sapporo is awesome, had Sukiyaki the last few times I've been there. Their Sushi boats look awesome though.
  10. Loved Ishiya Japanese Stonegrill when I went there this year for my birthday: http://www.ishiyastonegrill.com.au/ It's on Little Bourke Street. I had the Wagyu stonegrill, myself and my partner were a little over $150 together with drinks, so not cheap, but bloody worth it. For reasonably priced Japanese, Sapporo next to Mitcham station is fantastic: http://maps.google.com.au/maps/place?sourc...346253128765221
  11. Nah, but I'm coming up to watch
  12. Oh definitely, it will with a manual behind it which will happen sometime next year. It didn't help that the auto was on the way out from when I started DECA that morning. The last battle finished it off. I was really slow and cautious on Long Wang for obvious reasons. Manual + a bit more skill and hopefully I'll do better next year.
  13. You should stay next time. How's the eyebrow going?
  14. 29th, whoops. I'm going backwards. *insert racing excuses*

  16. I'll contact him, thanks. I want an N15 box as it has double cone synchros on first gear.
  17. Nah, the R34 will always just be the daily. Blowing the trans was inevitible, it's been a 4 year long repeated mistake. Live and learn, it's going manual. I might put a stock box in it, learn in that and when it eventually blows (it will) then I'll build it up. Means I can get into driving it again sooner whereas if I built the box from the outset I'd need to pull the car off the road for a year to afford to do it.
  18. I'm the same, my eyes have been bright red on and off for days. I'm really struggling with it.
  19. That's what it sounds like
  20. Yes, but it's going to be expensive so I'll likely just be pulling the car off the road for the next year or so. Bit of a bugger.
  21. Man, another fantastic DECA and after-DECA dinner down. It was my partners first time watching and he thoroughly enjoyed himself and vows to come up in the S15 for the next event. PS. I've blown the transmission, the poor little Pulsar is going to be sitting in a garage for the next year or so. The DECA curse struck me again
  22. Dropping like flies I'm pumped!

    Calder Drags

Theoretically you should run the same times Heathcote tends to report the end MPH wrong. I didn't like Calder's new surface before they shut down, very slippery.
  24. Cheers for that Wayne
  25. That's pretty bloody good. Mine looks really farking ghetto and my repair was twice that with cheap and free parts
