    Earthquake?

    Didn't feel shit.
  7. Good. The bumper I supplied was a little warped so it's not perfect, no way of fixing that without another bumper. Goes back for a buff this weekend.
  8. Fixing DECA damage (making the car a little less power pole shaped.) The hold-up was parts not Vu.
  9. As they say, problems don't rain - they pour. So the radiator I bought above is unusable. I had noticed a big crack on the top inlet where the hose would go. I've been told it's a common problem that the plastic goes brittle and breaks there. So unfortunately that radiator is a dud. My mechanic has ordered a new radiator - so now as I have to get a new radiator I have gone bigger - 26mm. We'll see how it goes for clearance. While replacing the guard liner they noticed that the driver's side CV boot is split...so now I'm replacing the driver's side CV joint as well. To top it all off the SSS seatbelts I bought earlier in the year don't fit because Nissan are dickheads and somewhere along the line changed the clip system that hold the seatbelts steady between the pillar and the trim. Why must you mock me?! I'll get the car back tomorrow (replacing the brake fluid as it's overdue), it's back to the panelbeater for a few touch-ups and it'll be back on the road. Or that's the plan

  11. I saw it on Saturday when I was picking up my car (the white Pulsar you may have seen there for a month or so.) They'd fixed your door, that's about all.
  12. Someone did a shocking job of matching the colour.
  13. Ah shit, I knew it was someone with '89' in their name Cars looking good, I see you're getting the bootlid rust fixed
  14. A very tidy Charcoal R33 4-door GTS-T, what appeared to be a factory bodykit, black rims with chrome lip, for sale sign on the back parked at Eastland this afternoon.
  15. New rad and thermos: The bloody thing is tiny and as light as a feather, I'd never realised. So tomorrow they'll go in tomorrow along with the thicker front swaybar, new bushes, new seatbelts, new guard liner and new battery tray that I've been meaning to install for ages. It'll almost feel like a new car
  16. Spotted Peter89's Yellow R34 at DT Panels undergoing repairs
  17. It's had a blade adjustable Whiteline Rear Swaybar for about 5 years, one of my first mods Sourced a 2L rad with thermo fans in good nick so that'll go in on Monday.
  18. Tow truck...what a completely familiar home: Driving it home from the panelbeater wasn't to be. That little drip from the radiator turned into a torrent. Thank god for accurate gauges though, no damage done as I managed to pull over as soon I saw the temperature gauge shoot up 30'C in a matter of seconds. Didn't get to use any of the three bottles of water I brought with me. I made the towies journey a whole 2km shorter because that's as far as I managed to drive it  So while she was bleeding her fluids and I waited for the tow truck I got some quick snaps with my phone. She's absolutely filthy, so ignore that. A few little changes - black eyelids, black number plates and removed the JDM number plate tabs from the boot and welded the holes up. On Monday she'll get a new radiator then I'll be focusing my attention on the brakes. There are a couple of small issues, the bumper I had reconditioned is warped on one side so it sags under the headlight. I'll probably replace it in future but for the moment it'll do. My air-con condenser is still a bit bent and a thermo fan has chunks missing from the blades but both work so I may just leave them for the moment.
  19. JustJap are very reputable. Very fast delivery, they're most certainly not dodgy.
  20. Some progress pics of the repairs: A little bent but still usable: Both the air-con condenser and radiator are a bit U-Shaped but I think I'll leave them as is, they're not leaking. New rad support in: Starting to get a face again: She should be painted and back in my hands later this week.
  21. I has 4 doors. In Japan: When I got it: In between: Now: And some random photos:
