i own a r33 skyline series 2 96 model and my battery went flat after a week of no use i found out once i was tryin to jumpstart my car that the abs pump kept running even with the car off and no keys in the ignition hence draining the battery. i started the car took it for a drive drives fine but the abs light is on. i also took the 2 abs fuses out so it wasnt running and culdnt run and took the car for a drive and it still feels fine. so i have a few questions? 1. why is the pump staying on??? 2. is it safe to drive my car if i disconnect the abs pump by removing the fuses??? also any other information that may help me out is also apreciated thanx guys

cheers for the replys guys everything just helps me in making my mind up. my rb25 was putting out 440 hp on standard internals had a hks 2mm headgasket so tryin to build a v low budget motor which can support that power if not even drop the boost a lil and make sumthing nice and reliable but still fun ;-)

lookin for sumthin stronger as hopefully ill be puttin forged pistons in aswell and ill be running high psi and yes i should put forged rods in but cant really afford it so im tryin to cover the neccesities and doing my best elsewere. im only rebuilding as my cureent engine has got 70 psi in cyclinder 2 due to over a year with 22psi has a hks gasket but standard internals r only good for so much so just lookin at all my options

rebuilding a rb25 lookin at cheaper alternatives then forged rods tryin to do this rebuild on a budget so wondering do rb26 conrods fit on a rb25 crank and will the standard size rod bearings suit?? also r the stroke lengths the same ie. same sized rods etc. any information is greatly apreciated cheers guys

my r33 was broken into while i was away on holidays and they broke all the plastic surrouns under my steering wheel and around my ignition barrel including the panel that is above ur knees wen ur sitting in the drivers seat. i also need a igniton barral and the light surround. basiicall i need from the middle of the steering wheel down if anybody could giv me any info on sumone totally wrecking a r33 or has these parts plz let me kno as it destroys me seing my car defaced! apreciate it guys im located in brisbane and u can either post or pm

hey guys i have a set of genuine work wheels which look pretty trick on just about any car they r 5x114.3 18's . ive got brand new tyres on the front and the reas probably have around 3 mm left with no camber wear! these fill gtsts guards nice as very nice looking wheels would prefer pik up as frieght wuld be exy... im looking for 2200 im on the northside of brissy pm or thread it guys apreciated.
