Go to a decent hardware store and purchace some aluminium, use some stiff cardboard to make a template first, then translate this to the aluminium. If u have some tin snips the metal, you will be laughing. I have a Pod, with full enclosed pod and large intake pipe (3inches, flexible plastic tubing), that draws air from the front left of the front bar. There is more power, but only noticable above 4500rpm till redline.

142kw @ 6400rpm 231nm @ 4800rpm figures @ fly and as stated, just a tick under 100kw @ wheels

i think pipes can also be "extrusion moulded" and give a better bend then mandrel bend, but i am not 100% sure of this.

i have recently taken off my cat back exhaust as i was driving a bit of a road trip. I noticed quite a bit of power loss all through the range. and Perhaps a week ago, i put it back on, and damn there is power again, noticable low and high in my rev range, but definately more at top end. Mine is 2 3/4", and its drony in certain RPMs (mainly at 110 on motorway), most of the time, its sexy. Get a big resonator, big as possible imo.

NA R33 2.5L is 142kws at the fly at least.

japanesemotorsport have quite a few R32 rear struts.

GTS25 are 5 speed auto? come again? 4 speed auto with overdrive?

If its an R32 GTR, maybe look at the condition of the plenum. It is painted black from the factory, and if its worn out car, the paint should be flaking or comming off etc.. This mite be useful for cross checking the odo figures and stuff.

People who love silvia's enjoy the lightness of the car, and the R33 been the most bloated skyline....well u can figure out the rest. i think most non GTR skylines look pretty ordinary untill you add in some body work, be it a better factory kit, or a GTR kit.

air filter, headers + exhaust, some head porting, some cams + cam gears, aftermarket ECU after all that, i dont think you would much more then a an RB25DE engine's power output, and would have stuff all drivability. having said that, im sure a decent cat back and a pod will make the engine sound a whole lot more better and more enjoyable to drive. wheels, the Jap brands make some very nice 4 stud wheels, but they are expensive. enkei's and vols are some that spring to mind

you build an accent with evo drive train and engine to showcase your engineering prowess. not much of the car is actually hyundai any more imo.

whiteline has a new series of coil overs for sale now, i think the R33 coils are almost out. it looks like they are trying to provide features from more expensive damper sets in a reasonable package. from memory, it uses 40mm shock, height and damper adjustable from the top, so u only need to open the bonnet etc to adjust, and they say that you dont need to do regular services. also the shock is inverted. retails for $3000

if your into drifting, i mite suggest u get the adjustable, so u can fiddle with the settings untill u get what you like best. axle tramp is better solved with some pineapples as far as i know

maybe your tyres have not been inflated to the correct pressures, and have always been kepted at the wrong pressure level.

R32 GTS, rb25DE best of both worlds.

wheelspinning? i dont think the RB25DE has the torque to really wheel spin the dyno? mite need to tie down the car better, because wheel spinning on the dyno only means on thing, that not all the power produced is been translated onto the dyno graph, theres more the 96.5kws in that car of yours

Very bad to hear, hope some luck comes your way. Officers will take the easy way out of things, they are doing a job like anyone else, you have come across some very lazy and ignorant people. take this as far as you can, fight it all the way to court if u have to, they will have to back flip, as their judgement and decisions on the night will be questioned, and they will be in the shit.
