  1. you sure thats a GTS or GTS turbo? because that sounds too fast, even though i would LOVEEEEE to be proven wrong on this topic, the times seem to reflect those of the turbo variant.

  10. just been to a recent dyno day, and the difference b/w power at the wheels for 2wd and 4wd is more similar then u expect.
  11. much appreciate the pics Cookm, there must be an opening at the end of the tube. I wonder how some cold air induction piping would go as well in combination to the CDA. Keep us posted on the mods too
  12. could you take some photos of your engine bay for us please. ive never heard of the CDA, but it looks interesting, and would be a nice change from the damn old pod filter. It is on the pricey side, but if the power gain is genuine then i think it is worthwhile. have you got any dyno readouts of before and after?
  13. 350z superb mid range. superb looks and handling less pratical? who cares. and there will NOT be a turbo varient of the 350z from the factory. There is no need, since the GT-R is around the corner. i head good and bad things about the subie, i dont hear bad things about the 350... it was designed well for its intended use

  15. the limit of the stock FMIC is about 400hp @engine which is about the limit of the injectors, clutch and such as well. expect time to be mid to lower 12's pending on how hard you want to launch
  16. could be a combination of gear ratios and final drive but i would imagine the gears are a bit wider to complement the wider torque spread of the z32 300zx
  17. is it possible that a semi-track car have both a PFC and safc and you can make small and quick changes to the fuel mixture. but, rice factor is probly the main reason, it has two cool real time gauges
  18. i use premium unleader 95RON i use 98RON occasionally, but i dont drive that much, so i think its a bit of a waste, since the octane value decreses with time. a full tank would last me over a week so yeh. I find using normal inleaded, the fuel drops down faster and im a bit paranoid about driving it hard with using ULP
  19. anything is possible but a 3.7L turbo will reach 500hp easy have a look at the HKS's twin turbo kit for the current nsx, it goes hard.
  20. kobe extractors? Was that locally made or is that a Japanese made unit? if you do proceed with the Rb30/rb25t conversion, i am very interested in purchasing your extrators.
  21. should of wasted the mofo's time, popped the hood (if ur stocko) and ask him to look for a BOV. and when he 'finds' one, give the pig the good news.
  22. have u asked around to get ur camshaft reground? a mild grind would give decent results, but i cannot say from experience, only what i have researched. you cannot do more then a mild grind on with the rb25de, because you have to start to modify the head.

  25. mite as well have it set as permanent u know. i switch would be funky and all, but id save the hassle of it for something else really. Normal driving u shouldnt get anywhere near the cutout, and i dont think it would mess with your car in any other way except remove the ceiling on top speed
