was that the stock muffler u had on there?? because theres a big down step in the mid-top end section. numbers seem spot on for Rb25de.

at the time of purchase, u would be lucky to find even one skyline r33 in the trading post, then my one came around immaculate and good price at the time. easy decision, and the fact that i was one of the first with an r33 in my area. now there are more common then 4 wheels on a car

speedo goes up to about 300km/hr in the aussie spec. id got for aussie spec mate, there rare, more rare then any other gtr really only 100 made inthe world ever.

Just replaced my brake pads with bendix premiums and machined the disc down to a shiny finish. Compared to the pad when i first had the car, the bendix dont have a sudden and sharp bite, but seem to do an okay job so far. Im still in the process of wearing the pads in a bit. They smell a abit though.

Just read that HPI article on NA tuning. The results that they got, are CRAP. after a cat back, 2 different extractors, 2 HKS camshafts with cam gears. And an apexi SAFC. its only 88rwkw, up from about 72/74rwkw. Shit in my opinion. i plan on getting all the mods mentioned, and from the research ive done, i will make alot more then 15rwkw

Those pics are only prototypes. If you look at the 350z, they kept chopping and changing the design up untill a month before release. Changed the front air dam design slighty around the time of the motorshow in sydney. Expect to see a twin turbo charged engine, from the 350z, based on the FM platform, with a new variation of attessa 4wd traction, and 4 round lights at the rear as well. But i wouldnt be suprised if they went for the 4.5L V8 engine from the infinity model. No matter what though, you will be garanteed that The new GT-R will be the showcase for Nissans techonology and engineering. It has generations of racing pedigree behind it. This model should elevate it from a 'super' car to a real supercar and hand the Europeans a big can of whoopass !

when im put on my pod, it sounded great for about a week then it wore off. i noticed sharper throttle and thats about it. i use ordinary KnN copy pod, pretty much the same in the end. proof on performance gain is debatable

From what martin donnan said about his partners car R33 door, auto RB25DE, he recorded a 9% increase in power at the wheels with a 5zigen cat back exhaust. impressive i think. cam shafts, i have heard u can install some tomei cams, that dont requre ecu upgrades,and provide a 10% increase as well, get some adjustable cam gears to dial in as well. An altenative to getting totally new cams is to reground the existing cams, though a side effect could be roughness in the idle, but i think i could live with that. SAFC will make the most of you cars stock air/fuel ratio by maximising it. i am desperatly saving for all of the above, and through a top bloke i could land my self a 5zigen R33 na cat back, wahoo

i would love to hit about 220 engine kws. all na, that would bring some turbo fellas to their knees ive hav heard of 210kw from a japanese car. might of had a GTR head and throttle boddies.

the kakimoto dual exhaust is so much more nicer looking, in my opinion any ways. actually is SHIT HOT they make it for non turbo as well.

yeh it is debatable, and stuff what you can be assured of is using turbo exuast on non turbo cars will be loud as hell
