Hey guys, Well I've delayed this as long as I could but inevitably I now have to put my pride and joy up for sale. For happy reasons though, my wife has a little bub on the way against all odds and specialists telling us we wouldnt be able to fall pregnant, so while sad to have to sell our favourite car, its for a little miracle reason.. ok, down to the specs.. 2003 v35 Pearl White 70,000km 6spd Manual (getrag gearbox - for those who like to know) Brembos all around Premium Edition Leather/suede interior Custom front grill Modified exhaust Rear wing 19" Rims Lowered slightly Aftermarket Pioneer double din headunit, makes the custom BOSE system absolutely pop now. Car is in perfect working condition, I have owned it for about 5 years now, the only issue I have ever had with it was an ingition coil requiring replacement. Serviced every 5000-10000km as those who know me, know I'm extremely picky with my cars and looking after them. Tyres were only recently replaced on the car. Only problem is there is a small crack on the front lip of the car. Stitching and fabric within the car is in great condition, Car always garaged. Always run BP Ultimate in the car never anything less. Location : Eastside Brisbane Price :: $22,000 ONO Can reach me via private msg here or on 0405650930. Also, # plates are not included Thanks everyone..

Seatbelt Retraction Issue
SupraMario replied to SupraMario's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
thanks leon !! Never realised there was so much information out there on them with the bulletins, that is incredible !! Can't find anything about the seat belts in the list though -
hey guys, need some help, few people here must of experienced this issue as well but lately my seat belts, first the passenger belt was having issues retracting but now my driver side one takes a few shakes of the belt and then it retracts up. Obviously its a slight safety concern with me and so I thought i'd better look into finding replacements or how other people have fixed them. Does anyone know if its possible to fix the belts ? or do I need to locate replacement units and if so, does anyone know where you can get them from ? I've never actually had to replace a belt in any of my cars, all the ones i've imported were done at the compliance shop so this is new ground as such hehheh... thanks for all help guys and girls!! appreciate it. oh I'm located in Brisbane too if that helps.. Thanks Mario

Green Light Under Steering Column? Flashing?
SupraMario replied to SupraMario's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
I know its to do with some filter, well im almost positive thats the case... which and what is the other question -
Hey guys, have tried searching but to no avail, perhaps my search queries arent relative to what other people typed before, as there is no way I'm the first person to have experienced this. We all have that little green light that stays on under the steering column in our cars, however, mine has just started flashing. Now I remember reading many moons ago, it pertained to some filter for incabin, incabin air filter or something... can anyone shed some light on this ? and if so, possible part numbers or replacement items and how hard it might be to replace if anyone has done this themselves?? thanks guys!!

hey guys, Well the time came to change my headunit out of the V35, absolutely nothing wrong with it, no errors that everyone seems to experience. No problems with the stacker, all worked fine. Only reason it doesn't work now, is that its not in a car Chris Rogers on here pulled it out to have aftermarket unit in, as some people have concerns on how units are pulled out, so you can imagine it was treated nicely on removal as well. Came out of a 2003 V35. Price $600 ONO.. Item located in Brisbane, any further info just yell! Thnx guys Mario

Audi Type Led Strips For Front Parkers
SupraMario replied to johnr's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
you gusy follow that link to the g35 forum, holy cr4p how awesome are the headlights that guy has modified ... if you could purchase those, it'd be done in an instant !! -
this is one time im happy to have a 2003 model for once... talking about pre tensioners though, damn seatbelts in these things go just like in the 350z local models... 2 mates 350z have required new seatbelts coz of no more retracting, think mine are on the same path, boo

with couple of the alpine / pioneer units I was looking at, they all mention being able to play video from the ipod touch / iphone so going one of these units would make life somewhat easier i'd presume.. Be interesting to know if the controls on the steering wheel could still be retained .. then again lets be honest, its not that much effort to move your hand off the gear level and push a couple of buttons heh

hey everyone, I've almost had enough of dealing with the stock setup in the V35, great car, but getting the shits with having to change cds all the time.. yep im bit precious like that Has anyone tried the itrip ? as an FM transmitter ? I know people have mentioned with some other brands you get crappy quality etc but apparently this one isn't too bad, along with it actually does *JAP* frequencies, which if thats true is a first, since i've had every man and his dog offer me their FM transmitter only for me to say 'sorry wont work' due to the jap frequencies... Since I've gone against my will and now live by my iPhone and iPod Touch, an FM transmitter that did work with jap frequencies would be fastest solution.. however failing that, what head unit recommendations do people have these days? I used to mix it up big in the audio game years ago but time constraints are against me these days to keep up with the latest hooplah.. Double din / single din, im not concerned with either way, but quality is what I'm after.. more particularly are they're any really good headunit solutions out there that will pair with the iPhone or any other new phone that is bluetooth enabled for hands free functionality as well ?? that is actually good quality though? as I've heard great and horror stories of solutions with this as well. I know chris rogers can do the work, dont have time to annoy him on the phone just yet, however I figured someone here must of already tried to find a solution with similar resolve as im chasing. Obviously I'm presuming since the stock stereo gear pumps in these cars, well its not bad I should say, upgrading the head unit alone should get even more bang for buck out of the basic setup. So yeah guys, I'm open to ideas / options that you may have trialed / errored. I'd like to keep a replacement head unit around the $1k mark, obvoiusly cheaper if better, or could be swayed more exxy if pros' can be dangled in my face about it hahaha thanks guys, really appreciate any / all help you guys could offer since I know usually talking to peop here in the know, usually helps somewhat more than an audio shop trying to palm off whatever unit they're getting the biggest margin on at the time..
